Goodafternoon everyone,

This is DAY 1 OF A NEW BEGINNING!!!
I woke up LATE and saw my shorty shorts hanging up that I can't
wait to fit into along with my tankini and that really motivated me.
I went downstairs hopped on the eliptical for a whole 10 minutes
before my son started crying so I said what the heck and drug my
eliptical up the stairs to my bedroom so I can do 30 minutes a day on
it with no exuses!I went ahead and did 50 crunches so tonight I will
do the other 50 and 20 minutes on the eliptical.
Ok with the help from you gals and guys that stop by and my goal clothes
hanging up in my room I can do this.I have been off track for a good 2
weeks now and that really hurt alot.The scale says 194 my belly looks
bloated my face looks bloated and I feel like plain blah all though I did wake
up with some energy and after just a little exersiceing I am starting to feel
better.
I am going to jot down my food and total cals at the end of the day instead
of detailing each food it takes to long.Tammy
1 healthy made turkey sandwhich on wheat w/mustard
1 weight watchers cookie doe sundae
1 peice of chicken breast
lots of mixed veggies 3 servs
1 apple w/ peanutbutter
1 slice of pizza (my only bad slip up)
1160 CALORIES 30 min ELIPTICAL
