HI!!!! How are you! you are doing good on calories and that potato soup sounds so good. Keep up the good work, and snow shoveling really tones you up if you throw that snow with purpose...lol...I noticed huge impovements in my pants fitting me when I was shoveling our entire driveway twice a day last month. My love handles really started to disappear then.
 
Howdy I know my calories wern't bad yesterday BUT witht he lack of exersicing and the CARBS and less viggies is keeping my weight 192-193
so I need to get back on my 1200-1350 calories of lean meats my veggies lowfat treats and most important exersicing!!
We are suppose to be in the 40's by WEDS gonna feel like summertime lol.
I am going to get out and walk walk meanwhile gotta hop back on the elitical/treadmill stationary bike.

Breakfast Weight Watchers egg ham cheese muffin (200 cals 5 fat)
Lunch Weight Watchers Chicken Fettuchini (340 cals 6 fat)
Snack Weight Watcher cookie sundae (170 cals 3 fat)
Dinner lemon pepper chciken breast 2 ser mixed veggies(290 cals 4 fat)
Snack slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1210
EXERSICES BE BACK LATER;)
 
Glad to hear your feeling better! Happy belated Valentines! You are doing well and those couple pounds are going to go away soon! lean meats and veggies! :)
 
Glad your back is a bit better Tammy. Hope it improves so you can keep up the exercise and push through into the 180's :)
 
Thanks everyone.I went shopping and finally bought a NEW
computer I am still downloading things and figuring stuff out lol.
I am PC illiterate in the 1st place,we paid $700 for everything it
has a nice 17 inch LCD flat screen a place to insert a camera memory card
to bring up pics.Woohoo I am going to have fun.Didn't exersice but walked
hours shopping.I will be back tomorrow and read diaries and update.

Ok I ate today!! no beating around the bush.We got our incometax
refund and everyone wated to go out to eat and we did.:rolleyes:
I also had some hostess chcochlate chip muffins,meanwhile I reset up
my room for exersicing and also 50 degree weather is comong our way
halaluyahhhhh!!!!!(HAPPY DANCE) I can't wait to walk that is my true
way of exersicing.I went to the 2nd hand store and found some really
cuite jean shorts size10 for $2.50 a pair 1 was MUDD the othe old navy
and a GAP mini skirt I also found my son a pair of shorts and my daughter
a NEMO bathing suite with tags on it TOTAL= $13.82 woohoo what a bargin.
I want to be a size 8 but I would be very satisfied if I made it to a 10 so
I bought them to motivate me (lol new wall decor).
Ok guys I have said once I have said 900 x's back on track in the morning,

Goodafternoon everyone,:D This is DAY 1 OF A NEW BEGINNING!!!
I woke up LATE and saw my shorty shorts hanging up that I can't
wait to fit into along with my tankini and that really motivated me.
I went downstairs hopped on the eliptical for a whole 10 minutes
before my son started crying so I said what the heck and drug my
eliptical up the stairs to my bedroom so I can do 30 minutes a day on
it with no exuses!I went ahead and did 50 crunches so tonight I will
do the other 50 and 20 minutes on the eliptical.
Ok with the help from you gals and guys that stop by and my goal clothes
hanging up in my room I can do this.I have been off track for a good 2
weeks now and that really hurt alot.The scale says 194 my belly looks
bloated my face looks bloated and I feel like plain blah all though I did wake
up with some energy and after just a little exersiceing I am starting to feel
better.
I am going to jot down my food and total cals at the end of the day instead
of detailing each food it takes to long.Tammy

1 healthy made turkey sandwhich on wheat w/mustard
1 weight watchers cookie doe sundae
1 peice of chicken breast
lots of mixed veggies 3 servs
1 apple w/ peanutbutter
1 slice of pizza (my only bad slip up)
1160 CALORIES 30 min ELIPTICAL

Hi Tammy!! Glad to here you're back at it! Great job getting the exercise in. This terrible weather doesn't make things any easier. I know it makes me want to crawl under the covers and forget the world for a while.

Yay!! Back on track is a great place to be and I am so motivated by the way to you work out!!! Congratulations with the new start! I expect you to be catching up with me soon!!!!!:) Hope you are enjoying warm weather!!
 
You are doing great!!! I have a South Beach Diet Cookbook that I'm going to break out when I get home. They do have some yummy foods!!!
 
Tammy~GIRL! You motivate me so much!! I love ur avatar too, i kno it will be FOREVER before I get that size, but u are so close!!!! You can do it! I am actually going to put up a goal "outfit" on my wall too. I think it will be great motivation! Hope ur having a great day :D

Thank you all very much I tell ya day 1 felt like erternity lol!I am going to start a little special GOAL for me I want my weight to be between 160-165 by May,right before swimming time and then when the pools open I can lose the rest of the 15-20 lbs over the summer.But I need to work really hard to pull off losing 10-12 lbs a month from now till May 21st(daughters b-day)!

Any workout eating tips anyone cares to share so I can reach this goal my ears and eyes are opened.I will be back to update later I have been so busy!
I went to Hot Topic to get my lil sis a b-day present I walked out with a hoodie and a T-shirt for myself lol,I love nightmare before xmas and invaders Zim.My point is as far as food goes I only had a peice of chicken breast toaday so far.I will get my calories in and workout later.:)
