DAY 2 FOOD AND EXERSICES
1 peice of chciken breast
1 lean cuisine fettuchini chciken
2 servs mixed veggies
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar
1 60 cal carmel pudding
grapes
900 CALORIES I know low but I was busy today.
EXERSICES eliptical 30 minutes + 50 crunches
 
wow fantastic that you took the eliptical to where it works hehe.
I have the exercycle smack dab in the middle of the lounge so i can watch tv :D
 
Tammy, great job. The calories were a little low, but it will be alright :) Hope ur week is great:) Good luck on ur goal. I will be here to encourage u all the way.

Yeah wishes the basement was gloomy even after I painted it and it's always about 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house I have a radio no Tv down there so I brought it to where I can atleast catch up on some gossip.

Thank ya Em my figers are crossed for my 1st week back on track and the scale should be nice Friday. TAMMY:)
 
WoooHooo Tammy you go girl but make sure you have safe calories I am watchign that - ya know you cna eat and loose weight to I am proof of that you've seen my menus and I eat alot but I can cuz i exercise alot also...I will be watching your cals adn i will match your 30 mins a day on teh Elliptical oh adn I did 30 mins yesturday most of it lesurily pick up a bit more hte last 10 mins and it was 5 miles so make sure oyu post 5 miles for your 30 mins a day...I knwo your thingy is broken and if you are really busting your ass make it 6 miles...
 
Wow, Tammy! I need to get you to kick me in the butt, too! I've really been slacking on the exercise. Ugh. But, that'll change today! It will. It has to! I'm paying for the dang gym, I'm GOING to go!!!!!!!!!

Geeesh Cerella you trying to kill me lol?I am starting out kinda lite so I can get use to it again I was going to mix it up like 20 mins eliptical 10 min treadmill 15 min exersice bike total of 45 minutes of exersicing.I may finally get out to walk Weds or Thurs warm weather just have to wit for the rain to quit then I can get my 3-4 miles in.My calories were low do to no time yesterday and then when I got home my diet foods are almost gone I need to restock which I am going to do today. Did ya see my new ticker I am going to stick with that goal I set and I am going to work hard at it.We can do this girl,Tammy

Howdy TX way to go for gym membership I need to eventually do that and I will as soon as I maybe lose 10 more lbs I feel so outta place even tho I haven't been to 1 lol.You can do it girl I think we all had our bad eating moments mine I blame on bad weather cuz I am a walker and couldn't get out to walk and I felt trapped in my house yuck! Well we both are on track this time and were going to do this! Tammy:)

Ok my daughter took 2 pics for me I gained 10 and wow I can see it bigtime in my face and lol I am wearing baggy sweatshirt and t-shirt my way of hiding again.

day by day - meal by meal and you will get there - you know what you have to do... and i know you will do it :D

I hear ya Mal I am taking it 1 day at a time and eventually I can say wow I have been doing this for 2 months lol CMON time fly by.Ok here are some foods I ate I will edit it later.
DAY 3
healthy turkey sandwhich on lite wheat w/ mustard
100 cal pk hersey snack
weight watcher strawberry cheesecake
1 peice of chciken breast
2 servs mixed veggies
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch
egg sub
Total calories 1100 Exersice 4.5 miles worth of stationary bike and eliptical

Well I made it through Day 3 of a fresh new start yay on another note I feel so beat down emotionally and physically.I don't know if any of you remember when I said my stepdad fell down all the steps backwards the day before Thanksgiving but anyway he has been paralized since the fall he is in his right mind and can move his legs a little but no use of arms hands he can't walk or sit with support well 3 weeks ago he finally was transfered to a nursing home and we were thinking more grounds of rehab to get better well everyday we visit we find crazy things we don't like about this home BUT that was the only 1 advalibe at the time we could get him into the others were far.

He was giving a shower lastweek when it was below 0 with NO heat he sits 2 hours in this wheelchair thats held together by ducktape and a cheapy screw well it finally broke with him in it he fell str8 backwards and no one apparentaley reported it (as I found at today) he is being giving way to much medication in my opinon there is a faulty outlet by his bed hanging out of the wall about 75% of the workers can't speak or understand english geeesh my list can go on.
I report this secretly to the health department and they did a pop up inspection and somehow the guy that runs the run down hole in a wall of a place got out of everything well went back today there was my stepdad back in that F*@#(*& chair again all rigged up I went off.............................

So you see I have had lots on my mind and thats not considering financial woes and no $$ to fix uo the stupid crap in my house.
I did manage to do 10 minutes eliptical and 20 minutes stationary bike total of 4.5 miles.I am off to take a nice HOT shower and think about plan2.

PS we are trying to get him out and to have another place to come evaluate him you need to have a doctor write an order well the head nurse was suppose to take care of that "didn't happened.:rolleyes:
