Howdy everyone and thanks for the pick me up! ""WAVES TO WISHES"

CINDER girl we are so going to do this! I am pepped up and ready to go.I really really can't wait for warmer days because I am going to walk 4-5 miles a day everyday I swear thats how I lost alot of my weight along with eating right of course.For now I will have to stick with the indoor BORE lol!

TOTAL CALORIES 1320 (THATS FOR YOU CINDER LOL)
EXERSICES 20 min eliptical 15 min stationary bike TOTAL MILES 5.5 :)
DRANK 98 OZS OF WATER SO FAR

Well I have to go to my little cousins
birthday party at burger king(they have a huge play area)the good
thing is I hate burger king so shouldn't be a problem with food.
I am so tired today I actually woke up tired I am telling ya I hate this
weather.
I will manage to do some exersces later when I get home unless I get a burst of energy lol!

I know what you mean about the weather. I am constantly cold and it's dreary! It really gets me down. Hope you get some energy!!:)

sorry to hear you are feeling tired .. i cant wait for summer to come then i can start doing much more sport and outdoors stuff again without having to wear about 23 jumpers :)
good luck on your weigh in next week - im sure you will have done fabby
 
Hey Chicky, hope the party went well - unfortunately I love Burger King but we dont really have one close to us - so I dont go there very often...

Ya know what I do even if I dont feel like exercising I push myself to do it - it always makes me feel better and if I have the spare time I do it regardless because I can adn not always sure when I will get it in agian...

Sorry I didn't update lastnight I didn't get home
until after 5Am we went str8 to my aunts and had our little card party.
I did good I am not sure about the calories but at burger king I had the
grilled chciken breast with mustard on the wheat looking bun.
I love the challang CINDER it really helps keep my butt in gear lol! I manged
5 miles on exersice bike and 75 crunches.I think I am going to start doing
more Cardio and using the bike as extra working out because honestly my
leggs get a workout but thats about all I didn't have much time yesterday
so thats why I went in my room and hopped on the bike.

Breakfast 2 special K eggo waffles w/ fat free smuckers syrup(140 cals 0 fat)
Lunch weight watchers chicken fettuchini (340 cals 9 fat)
Snack apple w/ peanutbutter(190 cals 5 fat)
Dinner 1 cheese quesadilla (2 low cal wheat shells 100+2%chedder and pepperjack 80+ fat free sourcream 20)200 cals 2 servs mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
Snack 100 cal pk baked cheetos 1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch(220 cals 8 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1290
Exersice 30 minutes elitical 75 sittups

NOTE: Those eggo special K waffles are 60 cals a piece 0 fat and smuckers breakfast syrup is 20 cals 0 fat unbelievable lol!
 
Well I kind of had a bad day wasn't home and ate my mother n laws
chicken mash taters mac and cheese corn desert.Thats all I ate all
day but not the best.I am guessing 1500 cals.No exersice cuz my back
is killing me I am assuming it's almost that time again!:rolleyes:

Breakfast syrup is pancake syrup
