Goodafternnon every1 and lol@PEQ the rain just won't go away I
want to get my walk in today.I went lastnight and when I called
my sis n law to go walking (she has been my walking buddy)she said
she had to skip because hubby said all she does is play pogo all
day and walk at night he didn't mention taking care of 2 lil girs"MEN
So i made myself walk alone well with my dog 3 miles lastnight!
As for tonight dunno about the weather I may have to use the elipitical
my bike is broke I have a GAZELLE but it doesn't feel like it does anything
it's like a gr8 big toy for us adults lol! Oh yeah the kids I am babysitting
are driving me nutts they are wrestling fighting screaming LOUD counting
mine I have 7 kids here

1 slice of lowfat Pumpkin pie(thanks AMY) with fat free cool whip(266 cals 6 fat)

1 weightwatchers chciken fettuchini(320 cals 8 fat)2 servings mixed veggies(70 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
special K vanilla snack bar (90 cals 1.5 fat)

Ok I got rid of 2 kids at 2pm and decided to chance it and walk my 3 mile floodwall and
yay I am glad I did because it quit raining and never picked back up so I got my walk in
while I could(hubby is off didnt wanna leave him with 7 kids lol even tho I should of)
I am going to do 30 crunches

an hour after dinner so I keep burning all day! Tammy
