HEYA'S ALL THANKS FOR POPPING IN!
I weighed in this morning at 188 Yay I can't believe it after and
eternity in the 190's finally 180's!Also my other sis n law who
had the gastric bypass gave me all her clothes sizes 18-10's
and I fit into 3 pair of dress pants size 12's! The size 12 jeans no hope
yet lol gotta another 10 lbs I am guessing to fit into those.
Well to day is my day off I will try to not go overboard but I have
alot of cravings on my list to get out of my head before 8pm tonight lol!

DAY86 BREAKFAST
1 tablespoon of peanutbutter (95 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 pk ramen noodles w/cheese(370 cals 12 fat)
SNACK
1 saralee wheat bun(200 cals 2 fat)sarahlee turkey breast(50 cals 1 fat)
2%chedder(60 cals 4 fat)1 tablespoon mayo(90 cals 10 fat

)
pilsbury cookies new they are supreme turtle squares just bake(180 cals 9 fat)
Geeeesh and it isn't dinner yet!
Ok here we go we went to FRISCHES
1 breaded fish sandwhich (cod)xtra tartar sauce with fires
came home after seeing SAW3(I liked it) and had 2 of those cookies and a bowl
of the Ramen noodles so as you see I didn't use self control!!(MADFACE)
I didn't exerscie which I knew cuz it's my off day, so I am going to kick butt tomorrow
and the rest of week!!Tammy
