Hey there M2M than you I was just currious well
nosey lol! Boy did I have a bad night of eating.
I wound up eating ramen nopodles turkey sandwhich
and pumpkin pie all before bed! I feel bad I had a bad
crave and it was the weekend hubby worked and
was stuck in house with kids no exuse! I am going to
hide the scale till friday next weigh in day so I don't
get discouraged! Tammy:mad:
 
Boy I never did anything after I got home...took the girls grocery shoppin on the way home ...didnt leave the cousins till 7pm and then didnt get home from shoppin till 9oo...so I had to clean out my fridge and put away the groceries and such and only just got my youngest settled at 1245am...*GEEESH* kids and I wonder why I am always so tired...I really need to get my exercise in tomorrow...however I have a pretty easy laid back work week so lots of opportunity to bust my ass...I would like to have more bigger losses...I think you are doing great Tammy, you are an inspiration to me...4 kidlettes at home and working with them all day long...after I had my second I decided to not return to child care...LMFAO!!!

Godd afternoon everyone,
Well after a bad bad weekend I feel like I woke
up and back on track, it is so easy to overenjoy the foods you love
and slip back into bad old habbits.I could have ate and ate and never
have that stuffed/full feeling! Correct me if I am wrong but if you lose
60+ lbs shouldn't your stomach shrink? Well I can eat as much today
as I did at 255!! This aggervates me!
Ok enough whinning DAY 88 BREAKFAST(LATE 11:00)
1 breakfast in a bag(180 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 sarah lee honet bun(200 cals2 fat) turkey(60 cals 1 fat)Fat free cheese(30 cals 0 fat)mustard free!!!!!total=(290 cals 3 fat)
SNACK
1 bowl of mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)
DINNER
1 piece chcicken breast + bowl mixed veggies(320 cals 4 fat)
SNACK(BEFORE 8:00)
1 slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
Walking 3 miles tonight plus my goal is 100 sit ups (50 day/50 night)5 days this week! Tammy

I think it's supposed to shrink but I can still pack it away if I choose so I'm not sure what really happens. Don't worry about one bad day, with the holidays coming up there is no telling what we are going to be put through.
 
Ok I walked the floodwall -3 miles in the cold
today early so I got it over with now off to the sit
up's gotta chatch up with Dari!;) Tammy
 
Hi Tammy!! So cold today wasn't it! I went for a walk tonight with my dad and I swear it felt like it could snow!! :eek: Hope it holds off for a while longer!!

Hello everyone! Thank you all for the encouragement and compliments!
Means bunches to me.:) Well not a gr8 day but not horrible I had no
breakfast or lunch I was out and about trying to grab a few big things for
kids for X-MAS while they were in school, I still had 2 lil ones tagging along
lol! But we picked the kids up after school to take them to Frishes and I
had a grilled ham and swiss and a order of fries with a side of there specia
tartar sauce:rolleyes: so I had about 850 calories and I am estimating
high I didn;t go over but I look at it as 850 bad calories! I am going to walk
later when I get back from the evil BINGO lol!
Oh I got a letter from lean cuisine wanting to use my story of weightloss
so far for their website. I feel it was a comonation tho of support from here
and there foods most of the time! SO I am thinking about it!

DINNER
1 grilled ham and swiss and fries with tartar sauce (850 cals)
SNACK
Didn't eat anything else and no exerscies!

I turkey hunted with my husband in Northern KY, the town had a flood wall. All those houses built atop hills, was amazing.

Keep up the walking!!!
 
Ok I didn't go walking cuz the long losing ride home
from bingo took longer than exspected I didn't get home
till after 10:30 then had to take my lil sis home on a good
note I didn't eat anything else but the 1 bad meal I listed
above that totaled 850 cals! I am too tired to eat and exersice

hey Tammy... only 850 calories yesterday? Damn it, so do you want me to kick your ass or let one of the other forumers do it? :D You gotta take care of yourself girl, one meal just isn't going to cut it. I saw this just because I worry... you're doing so well, I wanna see your weight go down, not your health level. :)

Today, breakfast in a bag!!! lol
