Goodafternnon every1 and lol@PEQ the rain just won't go away I
want to get my walk in today.I went lastnight and when I called
my sis n law to go walking (she has been my walking buddy)she said
she had to skip because hubby said all she does is play pogo all
day and walk at night he didn't mention taking care of 2 lil girs"MEN:mad:
So i made myself walk alone well with my dog 3 miles lastnight!
As for tonight dunno about the weather I may have to use the elipitical
my bike is broke I have a GAZELLE but it doesn't feel like it does anything
it's like a gr8 big toy for us adults lol! Oh yeah the kids I am babysitting
are driving me nutts they are wrestling fighting screaming LOUD counting
mine I have 7 kids here:(
DAY83 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag(180 cals 6 fat)
LUNCH
healthymade turkeysandwhich (170 cals 4 fat)
SNACK
1 slice of lowfat Pumpkin pie(thanks AMY) with fat free cool whip(266 cals 6 fat)
DINNER
1 weightwatchers chciken fettuchini(320 cals 8 fat)2 servings mixed veggies(70 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
special K vanilla snack bar (90 cals 1.5 fat)

Ok I got rid of 2 kids at 2pm and decided to chance it and walk my 3 mile floodwall and
yay I am glad I did because it quit raining and never picked back up so I got my walk in
while I could(hubby is off didnt wanna leave him with 7 kids lol even tho I should of)
I am going to do 30 crunches
30 siccors
15 minutes eliptical
an hour after dinner so I keep burning all day! Tammy

Heyas M2M I hear ya get me this clean up that run up the
stairs to yell several times to settle down geeesh lol!

seven kids. I can barley tolerate one at a time and they have to belong to me so I can yell at them. Good thing I only have one and he's exceptionally well behaved so there is minimal yelling.
 
Yeah having 1 and haveing 4 well even 3 theres a difference
lol my motto after the 3rd not much difference with 4th except
the whole sleeping disorder lol but when I had my 1st daughter
I was pregger with my 2nd girl 1 month after so no time to see
really how just 1 alone does I am happy that I had them so close
because they are so close! Have a gr8 night Tammy thanks for stopping
by I love the company :) :D
 
wow, you were knocked up again in a month! talk about fertile! breast feeding alone was enough to keep me from having a period for like 6 months after mine was born. Me and my sister where close too, my mom calls us irish twins and slaps her forhead every time she recounts the tale of when she found out she was pregnant again when I was only 2 months old..she totally flipped out...she wanted 6 kids but stopped after my sister...just decided to get all tied up.
 
My sister got preg. after month of having her first one! ugg I think mine were close enough at 14 months! Have a good enening!!:D

Wow I am shocked instead of my 15 minutes elitical my sis N law
did call me to go walking tonight and I said YES putting me at another
3 miles for a never before done (for me lol)6 MILES today:D !!
I never felt better lol tomorrow I will be singing a different
tune because I will most prolly be SORE!
Ok I think tomorrow is challange weigh in day gotta read up and see
I can't keep up my actual ticker weigh in day is FRIDAYS:)

1 baked potaote lowfat cheese sour cream bacon bits and butter spray(210 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
healthymade turkey sandwhich Fat free cheese mustard(170 cals 1fat)
PREDINNER SNACK
1 weight watchers cookie doe sunday(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna w/2 mini chciken patties 2 servings mixed veggies
(370 cals 8 fat)
I am saving the pumpkin pie for after weigh in day!
