Beautiful Tallstacks Day!

Heyas every1!
Tallstacks have been in town and those boats
are so beautiful going down the river and even prettier at night!

DAY 57 BREAKFAST
fried in nonfat cooking spray egg sub,2% cheese.canadian bacon and 1
slice of wheat toast with FF strawberry creamcheese(210 cals 6 fat)
LUNCH
1 southbeach turkey ham wraps(210 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
weightwatchers double chochlate fudge cake(220 cals 4 fat0
DINNER
1 piece of chipotle seasoned chicken breast w 2 servings of mixed veggies and 1 bite of mac and cheese and 1 bite of mash potatoes(340 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 pk of reesse snack pk(100 cals 4 fat)
I did 5.5 miles on stationary bike and I am hoping for a 3 mile walk if hubby gets home before 10pm plus I am going to do 50 crunches and some weights!
I need to up my exersice to bike&walk! Tammy
 
Hiya, stopping by because I realize how much I neglect your diary. Your doing fabulous, even with your cheat day!
I cleaned my bedroom about a year ago, at that time it had gotton to the point that I couldn't see the expensive antique rug I had on the floor. I have managed to keep it in order, but now my studio is suffering, I can't even make it to my drafting table...lol. I'll have to follow your lead and get my bum in there to clean it up.

Nia, sounds like your doing great! 5.5 miles on the bike~~always feels good on the legs, I wish my butt wouldn't fall asleep though :)

I did get me a 2 mile walk in after all yay! I wish this
fat would disapear overnight!Keep dreaming huh lol!

Girl, you've got some kinda will power!! ONE bite of mac and cheese?! I used to loooooooooooove me some mac and cheese! No way I could take JUST one bite! You must have super powers!! :p :p
 
Tammy - you are doing AWSOME!! You have lost 60 pounds.. WOW!!! What an accomplishment. Hard core cleaning, cycling, walking... you are right on, and you diet looks good too!!

Only One Pound

Hello! Do you know me?
If you don't, you should. I'm a pound of fat.
And I am the happiest pound of fat that you would ever want to meet.
Want to know why?
It's because no one ever wants to lose me;
I'm ONLY ONE POUND, just a pound!
Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds, or fifteen pounds, but never only one.
So I just stick around and happily keep you fat.
Then I add to myself, ever so slyly, so that you never seem to notice it.
That is until I've grown to ten, twenty, thirty or even more pounds in weight.
Yes, it's fun being ONLY ONE POUND OF FAT, left to do as I please.
So, when you weigh in, keep right on saying, "Oh, I only lost one pound."
(As if that were such a terrible thing)
For you see, if you do this, you'll encourage others to keep me around because they'll think I'm not worth losing.
And, I love being around you - your arms, your legs, your chin, your hips and every part of you.

A not soo good day!

Helllo every1 DAY 58 BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER
Today was a kinda fall of the wagon day! Hubby asked if
we wanted to go out to OCharley's to eat and stupid me said
yeah!Well it was going on 2pm and I haven;t had breakfast or
lunch so at 2:30 I had a chicken bacon club cheese trio(760 cals 45 fat)
a bowl of potatoe soup(440 22 fat)1 dinner roll(120 cals 6 fat)and a 1/2
glass mountain dew(125 cals fat??)overall calories weren't horrible
but fat was "BAD"!!!!!I didn't eat anything else the rest of the day
so that was my total calories No it wasn't worth it I would have rather
had had my 3 meals and 2 snacks!I felt horrible both physically
and mentally so when we got home after eating and shopping I walked
4 miles and biked (stationary style)4 miles did 60 crunches did some
arm weights and hopped on the trampoline for a good 10 minutes!
I think that should cover it I hope!I was actually over in fat
grams so I fixed it!

NO MORE OUT TO EAT NOW FOR A COUPLE WEEKS GEEEESH THE
HEARTACHE! TAMMY

lol.. Tammy you rock! I think you successfully counter acted the fat in that meal. I agree - I love all the yummy food I get to eat when I eat healthy. I'm so beyond stuffed tonight and I've only had 1500 cals.. Yay!
