A nice Sunday
Thank you guys a million! I don't know where I get the willpower
at but I wish at times I can by a cheat day /meal but I am learning
it doesn't hurt to have a meal or day (not too crazy) as long as you
still exersice don't eat past the bad time 8/9 oclock and 1 day every
other week!
Since I had food food on Friday Saturday and the rest of the week will
be a breeze!
Ok went to mother in laws for dinner she made me a piece of baked
chciken breast

instead of the steak cuz she knew I am trying to eat
better lol see I am trying not to say DIET!!
Ok...................................................DAY 43 BREAKFAST
ok got home at 3 am me and the kids amazingly slept till 11:30 wow!!
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine brick oven chciken and garlic pizza(290 cals 7 fat)1 small apple
(100 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
weight watcher strawberry cheesecake(150 cals 5 fat)
DINNER
1 lemon herb chciken breast 1 sm corn on cob plain some cooked beef flavored seasoned carrots and small potatoe and 2 servings of green beans
(380 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 snack pk of reessee mix(100 cals 4 fat)
I after lunch power walked the floodwall (3 miles)then after mother in laws
did 4.5 miles on stationary bike 60 crunches 3 different hand weight exersices
and I am trying some new abb/butt legs/ exersice that I found in SELF magazine suppose to be just as effective as crunches!Tammy
