100 calories for a bar doesn't sound too bad...I could never eat the power bars - 260 calories I saw for one...I'd rather have real food.:)

You're doing great Tammy!

The bar I had was a snack bar not a power or
meal bar because that would have been tooo many calories
after hours for me! Thanks for stopping by and giving me support
you all rock!!!!!
DAY40 BREAKFAST
my yummy breakfast in a bag (140 cals 5 fat)I will eventually try cereal
but I am so hooked on these ( thanks "MAL" lol)
LUNCH
I had a turkey ham mustard cheese subwat small sub on wheat(320 cals 5.5 fat)
SNACK
weight watchers chochlate fudge cake (150 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1piece of baked lemon and herb chicken breast i made and 2 servings of mixed veggies and 3 pieces of cut block 2 % chedder cheese(360 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
100 calorie pk of reesse snack mix(100 cals 4 fat)
I walked the floodwall jogged a little at times just to get my heart going
I did 4 miles on stationary bike no crunches tonight! Dunno what it is but
I feel bloated (no not that time) but I did get my 1st dose of depo shot
a month ago? I was on that like 3 years ago I just feel fat and bloated
and blah I haven't cheated so hopefully the scale will do me justice
tomorrow morning!You noticed I am trying to up my calories a little
because I was getting 900-1000 and people says thats low so I am up
around 1100 not too bad concidering I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and
drink atleast "128 oz's of water every day!
Oh I tried this diet hot chochlate made by swiss miss and yu,mmm
has only 25 calories 0 fat!! Unbelievable taste! Tammy:)
 
Thank you Dari I forgot to add my aunt is having a housewarming
party and there is gonna be foood and if I lost this week I might enjoy
me a day off a whole day I havent done that and I really dont count
the 2 piece pizza day that I barfed for hours!Thats only if I lost I would
like to have a GUILT free day!! It is still a big Maybe though if I do I will definately double up on the exersices for 2 days to work it off!!!

Hope you have fun this weekend. It's always nice to take a day off just make sure you don't overdo it!! If you're like me... you'll regret it later! You're doing such an awesome job though... keep it up!!! :)
 
wow glooom yet again and rainy

Hello every1!!
I lost 2 lbs I am not really thrilled because my scale said on
Tuesday 201 and thats why I don't count it till Friday I still lost but
4lbs would have been alot better!
I think 1 problem is the whole unknown reason for bloating my face fingers
and tummy feels huge so I invested in some water pills to help with that!
Another I am ready to step up my exersice I realized for atleast 2 weeks I have been at the same stage now! I am just week when it comes to pain and I need to push myself a little harder l;ike maybe add a mile or 2 walking make myself do that darn eliptical, I heard it helps with not only legs but buttocks to and I need that lol!
So like I said I am enjoying a day off today I will do some stationary biking and elipical later on because of course storm all the way till sunday!
I did add my total weightloss to my ticker because for 5 years I weighed
always 255 and as of April I weighed 255 I dieted then quit then hopped back on so I did lose like 19 lbs before I found this website!
HAVE A NICE WEEKEND EVERY1!!!!! TAMMY:)

My day off

DAY 41 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag and 100 calorie pk reessee(240 cals 8 fat)
LUNCH
Kfc 2 snacker sandwhich combo with fries I ate 1/2 of fries I don't care to much for fries anymore but those mini sandwhiches are to yummmy and a small mountaindew which I drank 1/2 of!( )
DINNER ????
1 stoffers turkey club sandwhich with light mayo and 1 pk of raymen beef flavored noodles
and some extra sharp chedder cheese slices!(700 cals 30 fat) I know I over enjoyed myself today!
DESERT
breyers sara lee strawberry cheese cake ice cream(220 cals 12 fat)
I am assuming I had roughly around 2000 cals not horrible and not healthy eaither but I am
satisfied enough to go a while without having a day like this.I did however I did managed to
not eat after 8:00 and I did jump rope and did 60 crunches and 4 miles on stationary bike!!
And tomorrow double exersicing and no eating unhealthy at my aunts since I chose today!

The water pills seem to be making me feel less bloated! Till tomorrow Tammy

love the new avatar...... I tried those 100 calorie packs but I think when you eat the whole box it kinda defeats the purpose lol....

Such a Starvacious Day!

Wow what a lonnnnnng hungry day for me! we were invited to our aunts
housewarming party that went from 2 pm-3 am!! I know now to better pk
food for me I assumed there was gonna be some food I could eat or liked!
Thank gaew for the meal replacement bar I took and a 100 calories snack pk
But there was extra cheese mac and cheese , cheesey scalloped potatoes corn on the cob all ready smothered in butter and salt, hamburgers(I hate beef) hotdogs & bratts&mets(dont wanna know what there made of)and cut up cheese and pepperoni, cup cakes butterscotch brownies, cake!!!
So here goes my menue!
DAY 42 BREAKFAST
Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep up all night with baby
LUNCH
1 turkey sandwhich lowfat wheat bread fat free cheese lowfat bacon bits mustard (195 calories 3 fat)10 grapes(30 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
100 calories pk reessee snack mix(100 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1 southbeach peanutbutter meal replacement bar(220 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
2 little pieces of chedder cheese & a pretzle rod(75 cals 5 fat)
I know very low CALS but I would rather be hungry a day then clog my arteries and eat horrible!I did however down more water than uusual and chewed 1/2 pk of gum lol another 25 cals!!!!!!
I didnt exactly exersice but played ran around with kids shot some pool ect!

Sounds like your Aunt's housewarming party was an unhealthy food trap!! Great job not falling into eating badly!! You're doing so great!
 
I would have consumed so much of that food you listed! You have a great will power that most of us will never know! Way to go!
