The bar I had was a snack bar not a power or
meal bar because that would have been tooo many calories
after hours for me! Thanks for stopping by and giving me support

DAY40 BREAKFAST
my yummy breakfast in a bag (140 cals 5 fat)I will eventually try cereal
but I am so hooked on these ( thanks "MAL" lol)
LUNCH
I had a turkey ham mustard cheese subwat small sub on wheat(320 cals 5.5 fat)
SNACK
weight watchers chochlate fudge cake (150 cals 4 fat)
DINNER
1piece of baked lemon and herb chicken breast i made and 2 servings of mixed veggies and 3 pieces of cut block 2 % chedder cheese(360 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
100 calorie pk of reesse snack mix(100 cals 4 fat)
I walked the floodwall jogged a little at times just to get my heart going
I did 4 miles on stationary bike no crunches tonight! Dunno what it is but
I feel bloated (no not that time) but I did get my 1st dose of depo shot
a month ago? I was on that like 3 years ago I just feel fat and bloated
and blah I haven't cheated so hopefully the scale will do me justice
tomorrow morning!You noticed I am trying to up my calories a little
because I was getting 900-1000 and people says thats low so I am up
around 1100 not too bad concidering I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and
drink atleast "128 oz's of water every day!
Oh I tried this diet hot chochlate made by swiss miss and yu,mmm
has only 25 calories 0 fat!! Unbelievable taste! Tammy
