A nice Sunday

Thank you guys a million! I don't know where I get the willpower
at but I wish at times I can by a cheat day /meal but I am learning
it doesn't hurt to have a meal or day (not too crazy) as long as you
still exersice don't eat past the bad time 8/9 oclock and 1 day every
other week!
Since I had food food on Friday Saturday and the rest of the week will
be a breeze!
Ok went to mother in laws for dinner she made me a piece of baked
chciken breast :) instead of the steak cuz she knew I am trying to eat
better lol see I am trying not to say DIET!! :p
Ok...................................................DAY 43 BREAKFAST
ok got home at 3 am me and the kids amazingly slept till 11:30 wow!!
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine brick oven chciken and garlic pizza(290 cals 7 fat)1 small apple
(100 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
weight watcher strawberry cheesecake(150 cals 5 fat)
DINNER
1 lemon herb chciken breast 1 sm corn on cob plain some cooked beef flavored seasoned carrots and small potatoe and 2 servings of green beans
(380 cals 6 fat)
SNACK
1 snack pk of reessee mix(100 cals 4 fat)
I after lunch power walked the floodwall (3 miles)then after mother in laws
did 4.5 miles on stationary bike 60 crunches 3 different hand weight exersices
and I am trying some new abb/butt legs/ exersice that I found in SELF magazine suppose to be just as effective as crunches!Tammy
 
Yayy for mother in law! I love it when people you love are considerate of your decisions and goals! 1 gold star for mommy in law! :D
 
Yay another beauutiful Day

Hello every1 today was perfect out sunny not hot not cold!!
I got to walk the floodwall then I came back and traded the dog
in and took the baby for a stroll. So I managed 4 and a 1/2 miles
today I didnt do any indoor exersice tho I will tomorrow.
DAY 44 BREAKFAST
1 breakfast in a bag(140 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 turkey sandwhich with healthy bread cheese and meat(170 cals 1.5 fat)
and a handful of baked cheese chips and 14 green grapes(120 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
weight watchers strawberry cheesecake (150 calories 4 fat)
DINNER
3 servings of mixed veggies and 1 lean cuisine lasagna w/ 2 mini breast patties(370 cals 8 fat)
SNACK
1 southbeach peanutbutter chochlate chip snack bar(100 cals 4 fat)
I walked 4 in a 1/2 miles but didnt do weights or crunches will do those tomorrow plus more I had 4 kids that needed laundry dinner homework baby extra whinny today so I was lucky to get the 4 and a 1/2 miles of power walking in.Tammy:)

Anniversary pigout

Hello I am a day behind I went out for my anniversary yesterday~!
Hubby took me to my fave resteraunt and NEVER again I absolutley
can not order healthy there beacuse of my fave foods are there!So
yes I ate bad but it was before 7 pm and I did do 1 hour non stop
exersicing and I am confident I will make my Oct 2nd goal! The scale
wasn't mean to me this morning and I am going for a lonnnng walk today.
DAY 45 BREAKFAST(yesterdays menue)
1 breakfast in a bag (140 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 lowfat turkey on whole lowfat wheat w/ FF cheese/mustard 15 baked chips
1 1/2 apple(290 cals 1.5 fat)
DINNER
O CHARLIES (evil) 1 chciken bacon club sand with cheesey potatoe soup and 2 dinner rolls and 1/2 glass of mountaindew(1700 cals 94 fat) wowzer

I came home after dinner and a movie(INVINCEABLE)good movie I did 5 miles on my exersice bike at speed 17 setting 6 (8 being the highest) I did 3 different weight routine 25 reps per I did 60 crunches I jumped roped (boxer style for over 100 jumps I did some stand up abb exersices I saw in my self magazine these are great! Tammy
 
Wow Tammy! I'm sure you worked off a huge portion of that dinner!

Today a good day!

I was once again back on track today the only NO NO I did was didn't
eat breakfast I wasn't hungry and had a migrane! I went for a nice 4 mile
walk with my winston and sister then went shopping for a few hours.
Lol whats funny I had trouble finding jeans I wanted the cuite lowrise
flares was either 20/18/16/10/7/8/and lower I hardly saw 14/15 because
some 16's are not lose but not tight so I am ready for next size down in about 15 lbs I wanted some 14/15 even 13's but geeeesh they were rare
and when I did find a pair they were not cuite!
Anyway on with ----------------> DAY46 BREAKFAST
RELAXED didn't eat
LUNCH
2 turkey and bacon bits and FF cheese w/mustard on organic wheat tortillas and 10 grapes(300 cals 2 fat)
SNACK
1 watermelon triangle(50 cals 0 fat)1 special K strawberry cereal bar(90 cals 1.5 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna w/ 2 mini chciken patties included in meal(280 cals 8 fat)3 servings mix veggies(75 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 Special K cereal bar(90 cals 1.5 fat)
I walked the floodwall fast pace and shopped constantly walking for over 2 hours in this 1 huge store. I felt like I did good today I could have added some bikeing or crunches but once again didnt get home until 10 pm kids have school thank gawd I walked before shopping.Have a good 1 all Tammy
 
Ok this is gonna be quick but once again gloomy rainy plain yucky day.
I am going to bingo tonight yeah I like to "WIN" lol at times.I won like $1000
coverall a few months ago and I am sorta hooked I am sure I have donated
just as much.I have my menue planned and exersice planned so here it goes.
DAY47 BREAKFAST
1 breakfast in a bag (140 cals 5 fat)
LUNCH
1 healthy turkey sandwhich w 10 baked cheesey chips and a watermelon triangle(310 cals 2 fat)
DINNER
1 piece chcicken breast and 2 servings of greenbeans with mini potatoes(290 cals 4 fat)
SNACKS
2 special K bars (180 cals 3 fat)I had 1 at 2pm and the other at 7 pm
I will edit when I see what exersices I will do when I get home tonight alot rides on the weather.Tammy

I did 5 miles on my stationary bike and stand up ab exersices
that I found in my self mag and taped to the wall!
Tomorrow is weigh in day geeesh the scale gods better do me good!
