I had a wonderful non rainy day!!
DAY 32 BREAKFAST
1 breakfast in a bag just eggs and 2% cheese no meat in it because I ran out
(100 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 south beach (2) turkey wraps with mustard (210 cals 10 fat)forgot I sub lite mayo for mustard so that saves me 40 cals and 3 fat wow!
SNACK
Healthy choice chochalate icecream sandwhich (140 cals 2.5 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties comes all together(280 cals 8 fat)and 2 servings of mixed veggies(60 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 special K strawberry snack bar (90 cals 1.5 fat)

I walked my dog 2 miles up all the hills around my house because it was so pretty out I wanted a different view and a little more outta breath walking this 1 hill by my house takes 10-15 minutes to go up it , it's not exactly steep but its a never ending 1 that drags out but what supprised me I wasn't as outta breath as when I walked up it a month ago, so I am getting there slowly, I also did 5 miles on my stationary bike.Sorry no sittups today I saw a freaking MOUSE so no head near the floor eeeeeeek!:eek: !
Ok be back tomorrow hopefully with a dead mouse that loves melted cheese!

After reading up on all that I have missed during my absence I want to join in with the others with the "way to go's" Glad that you enjoyed the concert so much and that it wasn't rained out. Eeeeek on the mouse issue *heheheh* hope it likes the melted cheese to ;) Good job on the hill walking! Keep up the great work.

Hey, Tammy. I haven't stop "stopping by"--I have just not had time to get to the forum over the last week. Sorry to hear about your husband's insensitive comments. Sometimes I think people don't get how what they say sounds. All you can do is tell him how it made you feel and move on. Congrats on the weight loss. You're doing great. Don't let anyone or anything get in your way!
 
You keep walking those dogs and you and Toothless Ferret will be posterchildren for a new company of weighloss dogs. Sounds like a lucrative business the two of you can start! :D

DAY 33 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag ham 2 % cheese egg sub(140 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 lean cuisine chcicken club pinni sandwhich(320 cals 9 fat)
SNACK
grapes(36 cals ??fat)Weight watchers giant oreo ice cream on stick(140 cals3 fat)
DINNER
lean cuisine lasagna w/ 2 chicken breast patties meal(280 8 cals)2 servings of french style green beans
SNACK
slimfast peanutbutter crunch bar(120 cals 4 fat)
I did 4.5 on my stationary bike(15 min)I upped the intensity and I did 60 crunches a few leg lifts and some weight's.I had lots of water

Wow I guess this willpower exersice thing is still working
my nice scale said 205 so that's 4lb's gone!
I am soooooooo excited, the only thing thats got me
a little wooozy is I am so close to getting under "200"
and I bet those 6 lbs will dragggg?

Ok I had pizza and desert

I was due for a meal and after the hifgh school football game.
We all ordered pizza and the apple pizza desert to so I had 2
pieces and 2 pieces of apple desert it was after hours so I am
going to walk tons of miles tomorrow plus I am planning on staying'
up late so I am not going to bed after consuming!No need to worry
I'll be back on tomorrow stronger than ever!
Every 2-3 weeks I have something I shouldn't then I feel much better
and I still continue to lose weight!
So bad night but awesome another 2 weeks!! Tammy

EDIT ALERT!! I got so sick after I ate dunno if it was the tangy sauce
or my body isn't use to that kind of food anymore! I did manage to get
in 4 miles of uphill stationary bike before getting sick! So no more treat
meals like that litterally made me sick! Tammy

I know bad but trust me never again I got real sick after eating.I did 4.5 miles on stationary bike uphill setting! Tammy
