Morning Tammy,
Popping by and sit is amazement at all that you are accomplishing! I'm turning green with envy! Wowzers! I have to haul ass in the exercise department in order to even try to catch up with your accomplisments in that area! I was anticapating a major walk today but it would have to be a run I guess to try to escape the rain drops and lightening bolts! Have a good one! And keep up the great work!

it is awesome has almost every pizza joint and out to eat and drive
through resteraunts.I was way off estimating my day out eating at
O"charleys heres what kinda of horrible calories that was in my 1 meal

1 chicken bacon cheese trio (760 cals 45 fat ) thats without the xtra mayo I used
1 bowl of potatoe soup (404 cals 45 fat)
1/2 order of thos tatorskins loaded(563 cals 40 fat)
1 dinner roll (162 cals 2 fat)
1 mountaindew (300 cals 0 fat ) total 2189 cal& 132fat way offfff from what I guessed it to be eh!I did write down that healthier alternative next
time I go out to eat there.
the pick 2
1 50z steak ( 227 cals 9.6 fat)& 1 chciken breast(248 cals 13 fat)
and a cup of potatoe soup (212 cals 11 fat)and a glass of water for
a total of (687 calories 33 fat)Much better.But this website is awesome I wrote down alternatives for almost every restraunt and drive through in
case I am stuck eating somewhere I know what to oreder I stuck it in
my purse.Belive it or not KFC has alot of eatable things.I figured me out a 425 calorie meal there.Tammy

Thank you's for the support(M2M hf 2006 Beckster jellybelly ohappydaye dari diva)I have open house at my kid's school tonight at 6:00 and I have to visit all 3 clases lol if I can find them(kindergarden 2nd 3rd)!
Then I am going to hit the floodwall come back and do my sittups and a about 2-3 miles on the bike.The floodwall takes me like 45/50 minutes to walk it (3 miles) I am hoping to make better time adventually but I have a dog that can poop and pee a zillllion times no lie!

you guessed it breakfast in a bag and 1 slice of lowfat wheat toast(180 cals 4.5 fat)1 apple (100 cals ?fat)
SNACK
1 weight watchers double chochlate fude cake (150 cals 3 fat)

1 lean cuisine chicken fettuccini (280 cals 7 fat)and 2 servings of mixed veggies(80 cals 0 fat)total 360 cals 7 fat

Snack
1 sugarfree pudding (60 cals 1.5 fat)10 grapes (30 cals)

Drank the water like crazzzy and walked!Tammy

Thank you pineola a bunches for that! I jsut stopped to write
that when I walked the 3 miles tonight I took my hubby dog
and 3 kids (my little guy stayed at home with my 14 year old
sister(gr8 birth control haha)anyway they were so complaining
even my 150 lb hubby that thier legs hurt lol!I felt somewhat
inshape a little.Well my husband actually through a comment at me
and it was a nice 1 he called me sexy and said you can tell you
lost weight your booty is getting smaller thats why I am walking
behind ya the whole time lol I said nah you just can't keep up but
thanks for the booty comment.Just thought I'd share that with every1!

Hello Diary and everyone that stops by to give me support!
Well it's hard to believe that tomorrow is Friday already!I done
good all week no cheating sneaking bad foods!I have drank my
water did my exersice and I am hoping the scale will be nice tomorrow
morning!!Ok on with DAY27 BREAKFAST
I had a breakfast in bag(my fave)(140 cals 1 fat I added fat free cheese slice this time)and a bag of strawberry special K cereal snacks(90 cals 0 fat)
LUNCH
2 chicken soft tacos made with my whole wheat tortillas FF sour cream tyson precooked chicken strips 2%cheese and lettuce(yes I added a veggie)
(320 cals 7 fat)
SNACK
1 weight watchers strawberry cheesecake(150 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine roasted chicken with whipped potatoes and stuffing(240 cals 4.5 fat)and 2 servings of mixed veggies(80 cals)
SNACK
1 weight watchers big oreo ice cream on a stick(140 cals 3 fat)
I walked the floodwall to the 1 mile mark and back (total 2 miles)
and me and winston(dog) would have made to the end but 80
degrees and no water bottle felt like 100 and dehydrating!So we
went back for water and I wound up doing 5 miles on stationary
bike 10 minutes with handweights till my arms burned and my 60
situps!I am beat.I drank buckets of water! Tomorrow morning
is weigh in day wish me luck!Tammy

Goodmornig eveyone,
Well I didn't lose as much as I have been but I lost 3 lbs,
it kept going between 208/209 so I'll just say 209! But that's
3 more unwanted lbs gone.I will post menue and activities
later it is way to early in the morning for me I am not a morning
person lol! Have a great day Tammy:)
 
Lol not really a sleep in day till saturday, but the 2 little boys love
spongebob so I kinda doze for an hour on the couch with 1 eye
opened!, and Saturdays I can sleep in if the kids sleep to or gets
up and plays without fighting (rare)my baby is kinda on my scheduel
he'll sleep if it's quiet lol Tammy
 
LOl I am forgot Thank you Diva and Ohappy for the
booty comments!But I can exersice 24-7 and never
have a body/booty like bionce!!She's hott when she's
not starving for movie scripts! Thank you Dari and the scale
once again was good to me (knock on wood)!Thanks HF2006
and I too love spongebob I turn him on all day!Better than
the wiggles and doodlebops lol!Take care every1 and have

DAY28 BREAKFAST
breakfast in a bag with 1 xtra piece of cheese(155 cals 6 fat)
LUNCH
2 turkey and mustard and FF cheese Wraps on whole wheat organic shells
I made my self and a 1/2 of a giganic apple litterally from washington!
it was the size of a softball weighed 16 ounces!(350 cals 2 fat)
SNACK
of course Weight Watcher cookie dough sunday on a cookie(wow)
(170 cals 3 fat)
DINNER
1lean cuisien brick oven garlic chicken pizza and 2 servings of mixed veggies
(360 cals 7 fat)
SNACK
1 south beach peanutbutter chochlate chip snack bar(100 cals 3 fat) and a 1/2 bananah(80 cals ??fat)
Lots of water not sure about how much exersice because I am walking to my sisters football game with 4 kids(she plays band)which is 7 blocks of hills and I might walk or bike later I will update again if any major exersicing happends but today is my take it easy day for the exersice part not food!!
