I had a wonderful non rainy day!!
DAY 32 BREAKFAST
1 breakfast in a bag just eggs and 2% cheese no meat in it because I ran out
(100 cals 4 fat)
LUNCH
1 south beach (2) turkey wraps with mustard (210 cals 10 fat)forgot I sub lite mayo for mustard so that saves me 40 cals and 3 fat wow!
SNACK
Healthy choice chochalate icecream sandwhich (140 cals 2.5 fat)
DINNER
1 lean cuisine lasagna w 2 mini breast patties comes all together(280 cals 8 fat)and 2 servings of mixed veggies(60 cals 0 fat)
SNACK
1 special K strawberry snack bar (90 cals 1.5 fat)
I walked my dog 2 miles up all the hills around my house because it was so pretty out I wanted a different view and a little more outta breath walking this 1 hill by my house takes 10-15 minutes to go up it , it's not exactly steep but its a never ending 1 that drags out but what supprised me I wasn't as outta breath as when I walked up it a month ago, so I am getting there slowly, I also did 5 miles on my stationary bike.Sorry no sittups today I saw a freaking MOUSE so no head near the floor eeeeeeek!
