So be sure to check your labels and don't assume that because it is healthy it is good for your diet right now.
I think what you meant was just because it's healthy it doesnt mean its lower cal.
S'all good

Don't let the scale get to you.... SERIOUSLY. I know how frustrated you are because I went through the exact same thing (I'm sure I've told you this before). Honestly just keep doing what your doing and the weight will eventually fall off. I didn't start losing weight steadily till June and I started working out in March. Thats why taking measurements really helps a lot. TRUST ME the weight WILL come off... you are doing so well.
Also, watch those evil sunflower seeds. Though good for you, VERY VERY high in calories. If you really had a handful (We'll go with a nice pocket size in your palm) thats about 300-400 calories.![]()
Thank you so much. It really helps to hear it. My friend is grilling me on what I"m eating and I know she's thinking I'm eating more than I'm saying. I"m truly honestly not. I'm really baffled....but I'd be thinking the same thing if I was her. I was trying to sound all casual with the sunflower seeds but the truth is I measured them to make sure I had less than a serving, and shared them with my kids LOL. Once you stared losing, was it like more than 2 lbs a week? what was the pattern? I"m so grateful you're sharing your story because hearing it is giving me hope

Just got back from an hr long bike ride with my friend. I don't know how long it was, but holy smokes, I"m so tired. My heart was pounding so hard. It's definitely harder than dh and I push when we go out. I thought working out is supposed to give you more energy? I felt that at first, but since I started working out every day and sometimes twice, I just feel so tired all the time. Hopefully that will go away.
Your body could be telling you you're overdoing it. That could very well be the case if you're working out as much as you say. When we work out our bodies need to recover. If you don't allow it to do that then it can't pick up where you left off.
How long to rest between workouts depends on how intense the workout is, but definitely let your body recover. I think you'll find you get that 'rush' back if you do.
I have to get up to go visit my sister, and I just feel so dead tired, all my limbs feel so heavy. I'm going to make some coffee to drink on the waywell of course I'm working out as much as I say.
