Heh...yes I could still walk after that ^_^

This morning I woke up early to go the the gym with Shane to do a full body workout...then later I had to work (4-9pm)

Today:
Morning: (not exactly eating great, but better than eating nothing) Slice of cheese pizza and 2 sausage kolaches...
Workout for an hour...and walking to and from the gym
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza Chicken(8 pts) with Berry Enviga (0 pts)
Dinner: Chocolate Chip Granola Bar (2 pts) 2 turkey wraps (6 pts)

Not really worried about the 'breakfast' cause I worked out after and cals were more than likely burned off (199 when getting to the gym after eating, 197 getting back home from the gym)
 
Walking to the gym?!? Okay, that's more ambition than I could ever muster up.

I'm glad you were able to walk after that :). I'd have been in serious trouble!
 
heh, yeah I thought we'd drive.....but shane was like....let's go! and started walking down the street.... heh

Today:
Morning: Shane made me an egg in a hole! hooray hehe
Lunch: we went to Panera Bread = 11 or so pts
Snack: Pina Colada and Hershey's snacksters=2+ pts
Dinner: (I think some cajun stuffed chicken and veggies)
 
Sigh.....having that time of the month and gaining a bit of weight can be a bit discouraging....went back up to around 197-198
And I've even only had 19 or so points today :-/
 
So....my weight this morning for weigh in was 196.8....same as last week....so that's good at least.....next Sunday I should be good.....hopefully...I have to work everyday this week besides Wed and Sun....sigh
But I just got back from the grocery and stocked up on Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones....and found a nice little snak that is 1 pt= these individual packs of carrots with low fat ranch dressing...( it's an orangey box with a picture of Finding Nemo )

I hate that time of the month. The week prior I regain about a half an inch to an inch on my stomach :(. It makes me depressed even though I know in a week it'll be back to normal.

I love baby carrots! I eat them a bit, too. Right now all we have is regular ranch in the house. When I finish it up, I'm so getting light ranch. I grew up on light ranch and prefer the taste of it, but grabbed the wrong bottle. Also hate sodium, got to thank my dad for both of those :).

I hope you have a great week and I'll see you next Sunday. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow!!!
 
So my parents told me they could tell I've lost some fat in my face and thighs and a lil bit in my stomach area...I've still got a ways to go though....it's getting there ^_^

Today:
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Panini with chips= 8 pts
Dinner: Strawberry Flavored water (0 pts) Baby Carrots pack with low fat ranch (1 pt) 2 wraps (6 pts) and Hershey's snacksters (2 pts) = 9
Snack: something chocolate heh

definately under my points value (24 a day)
 
Yesterday was kinda bad eating way....I had ribs and angel food cake and stuff....but not that bad cause it was sugar free and lite cool whip with fruits
 
Oh sorry....I must've forgot to post that last Sunday I did 3 hours straight of Heavy/Standard/Challenge songs (no breaks) and today I did an hour straight after I got off from work....^_^
 
oh, and I was just thinking that it would be a good idea to maybe try on this red dress again and see the differences so far....

(That was pretty much the last pictures of me before coming back home and loosing the weight....I went back and looked at them and was like.....wow....I was a balloon lol
 
Weigh in today was 194.6......so I was right about the period thing....right after it I started loosing weight again.....so I lost 2 lbs in like 3 days for the week....heh
I'm gonna try to go play some more DDR today....

You're doing great on the DDR! I haven't played in a bit either. I really should whip it out and play for a bit but all I wanna do is sleep! You'd think I wasn't on vacation all week with how tired I am. Vacation is not supposed to make me sleepy!

Came back from playing about an hour of DDR and walking the entire Katy Mills mall with Shane
 
Down to 193....I tried on some bottoms that I used to be able to wear....and now I can wear them again...I still have 2 pairs of pants that I can button....but they are still kinda clingy (They fit me in junior/senior year and they are "curvy"....in other words, fits my big thighs without having a big waist line like traditional jeans)
So maybe I'm thinking in a few weeks I'll be back down to 180-something like I used to.....or maybe next week since I'm already at 193 lol

That's so great you can fit into your old clothes again! That's so the best feeling. However, my goal is to go beyond what I used to wear... and that will then be the best feeling! lol

Keep it going and you'll reach the 180's before ya know it ;)
 
hehe, thanks you two...I went shopping today and actually looked good in clothes...I got a dressy black and white dress and a white linen collared dress and a bathing suit coverup that could be worn as a regular dress...lol
But yeah....didn't do so well eating wise today.....went to cheesecake factory....I didn't have as much as I used to eat( app. and the big sized meal and my own piece of cheesecake) but this time I had some of the app. with a lunch of a personal pizza (tomato, spinach, artichokes) and a salad....and mom and I shared a piece of cheesecake...and before I ate there I only had a 2 pt granola bar....so I should be fine...if I do eat something later it will be a 3 pt lean cuisine I have....and then I'll do ab work exercises later tonight...
 
I'm glad you found some nice things shopping today. I have one of my favorite pairs of pants waiting for me to fit in again. I wont comment on the cheesecake because I had a root beer float for lunch :). Sometimes we gotta cheat just a little.
