Yeah...2morrow I'm gonna go play DDR at the teahouse....

Yesterday I went to the pool for 2 hours...and my shoulders are sunburnt...but besides that I did crunches off the side of the pool and swam laps....so def. a plus for exercizing....

Today:
Late Lunch:panera You Pick two- Smokehouse Turkey on artisan three cheese, low fat chicken noodle soup, and whole grain baggette=10 pts
Dinner: Pappasitos Dry Chicken Fajitas (Large shared with Shane so had about 2 fajitas worth) with soppapillas..( 2 or three small ones)= ?? pts

all I can say is that I really want chocolate right now....>.<()
 
Good job on the swimming and stuff. Sorry you got sunburned though! I went to the pool yesterday too but it was more goofing around than swimming, but still a bit of swimming. Hehe, I don't swim very well so I don't really do much of actual swimming at a pool for that reason.

Today:
Lunch: Smart Ones Tuna Noodle Gratin= 5 pts
Snack ( after playing DDR for 2 hours): half of unsalted unbuttered pretzel= 4 pts
Othe Snack: Weight watchers ice cream bar= 2 pts
Dinner: Small part of leftover meatloaf and veggies= ? pts
 
Risty: Grrr! You miss understood me. Of course I know you play WoW and of course I know you hang out in Sun's diary a lot. Its a given!

Sun! You're stalking me!! Just teasing ;). I went swimming today, too. No DDR for me today... or the last few days. I go in streaks with it. It's fun, but at the same time there is only so many times you can do the same songs in a week!

Lots of Aloevera! I hope the sunburn doesn't peel to much :(.
 
Yesterday Shane took me to the gym for 2 hours and worked me till I was sore....I haven't gone downstairs yet today....but it might be funny to watch...
Today we planned to go swim...
 
Hey, I'm glad Shane took you to the gym. It's always nice to go with someone, especially someone with some gym experience and losing weight experience!
 
Heh. yep...Shane and I had Murphy's Deli for lunch today and went swimming...

Lunch: Turkey in a pita= 5.5 pts
Snack: Hershey's Snacksters =2 pts
Dinner: (homemade) chicken fajitas = ? pts

I felt bad cause I had some fudge the other day...but this morning I weighed 201.8 so....I don't really know what to think lol
 
Fudge, in moderation, could actually be benifical for you.

Glad you got a good gym workout. You will sleep well. However, tomorrow, you may feel like crap :p
 
Some fudge can be good for u... just not the whole tub hehe.
2 hours in gym? I'll go crazy. Unless half of that is spent watching tv lol.
 
There's nothing wrong with a treat here and there as long as you don't do it often and you don't overdo it when you do treat yourself. If you stick to that, you'll be fine!

How is the weekly 20$ challenge with your mom going?

And you MUST stop posting about Panera Bread. EVERY time I read that in your meal list, I just want to run straight over to Atlanta Bread! And I'd probably eat WAY WAY to much!

So....today I went swimming...weigh in this morning was 202...so that means I'm at the point where I have to start working out at least twice a week...I work out 2morrow with Shane...and prob. Wed too....maybe even Friday?

Today:
Lunch( by the pool): Orange juice container ( 3 pts) with 2 whole wheat wraps (2 pts) with Turkey breast (2 pts) and low fat swiss cheese (2 pts)= 9 pts
Snack:2 Hershey's Snacksters= 4 pts
Dinner: Chicken with lots of veggies and broccoli and rice dressing ( stuffed inside the chicken= ? pts
Snack: No Pudge Fudge Brownies I made= guesstimating 9 pts for 3 brownies?
 
Ya know, I was expecting to see Panera Bread on there today just because my husband was talking about bringing me to Altanta Bread and then didn't. Evil man :boxing: . He should be beaten ;).

Ah, I'm even jealous of the chocolate. My husband and I made the deal that we wont buy any when we get groceries. And when we want any chips/chocolate, we must walk to the store (.5 miles) and walk back (so another .5 miles) and only buy what we will eat and not anything for later. So, I haven't had chocolate or chips since we made this pact. I've craved it and wanted it, but heck if I'm going to walk a mile for my candy bar! My downfall is the Milkyway Dark. Soooo good! Evil man again, why did he agree to my silliness?

If you guys might have noticed( on the weight loss ticker in my signature), I have now reached past the 10 lbs mark....about 30 more to go! hah...but seriously....hooray for me...now that I'm down to 199.6, I go on 24 points a day

Sooooo today I tried for 24 points...
Today:
A few songs of DDR
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Pizza= 8 pts
Dinner: A small piece of salmon and some calamari (not fried) in marinara sauce, and a Subway turkey wrap with american cheese (3.5 pts) and a subway choc. chip cookie (5 pts :doh: ) =11 pts maybe?
Snack: Hershey's Snacksters = 2 pts

21 points for the day....give or take for the calamari and salmon....but hey....doing much better than I used to....(I keep telling myself that lol)


Debating whether or not to play DDR 2morrow....or what...prb. will do a few songs since Shane has kickboxing 2morrow and I won't go to the gym with him till Wed. or so :: firm nod::

Hey, good job on the weight loss! You're doing awesome :) Good luck on the new points and keeping that going, I'm sure you'll do great :) If you don't want to do DDR go on a walk, a walk/jog, bike ride, or even just try going to the gym on your own! If not, then I guess it's DDR!

Keep up the great work! You'll reach 30 more pounds in no time :)
