Hey everybody...sorry for the lack of posting or posting on your journals...busy with 15 hours of school, mascoting and 2 officer positions in my sorority...
When I frist got back to school I kinda dropped the WW point counting...and one night weighing myself came out being 199! So the next day I started WW with 2 of my best friends, and the next day dropped back to 196...
Right now I'm 194...trying to get back to that 180's range where I left off...heh...
Bad thing is that my birthday is the 24th, and I know I'll eat out and have cake and all that...BUT I swear after that I'm sticking to the WW! ......Till Thanksgiving...hehe
 
Hey! I haven't been posting much either. I've finally come back, lol. I know whatcha mean about not keeping track of food and gaining. I gained a few pounds myself so now I'm back to my 165 where I left off and hopefully will finally get in the 150's, lol. I always do that, I get to my next goal and then give up for a while, LOL. I so did that in my 170's harshly. My 160's I was pretty bad at getting into things. So finally I got back into it this week. Too bad Halloween is just around the corner... chocolates... LOL.

Congrats on getting back on here, posting, getting back on WW and losing some of those pounds again :)
 
haha, yeah, my workout has kinda been off and on....yesterday I walked on a trail that goes all the way around the school campus...some of the time walking backwards, some jogging for a few minutes etc etc...
Then right after I went and did 9 heavy songs of DDR :p
Needless to say that dropped a good bit of weight for one day
 
Hey! Yeah I've been doing DDR lately just because it's so fun and it really gets me going! I've been doing the stellar star mode though (to get new songs) so sometimes it's not so much of a workout and then sometimes it pushes me past what I'd normally do. I dont' think I'll ever be able to complete the whole thing... at least not until my skills gets slightly better.

Hey, about your classes you haven't been to in a while, just go! I felt the same way with my cardio kickboxing, because I wasn't as good at it as before, and being more out of shape again.... but it went really well and it felt awesome to do the class! It felt like the best workout all over again! So ignore your fears and just do it, you'll feel great after :)
 
Heh, so my weight isn't so hot right now because I was on my period and my birthday came....so yeah, cake and such.
But I've ben proud of myself cause if I do have some of my cake that's leftover, I have a veeeery small thin slice....when I used to have a big pie slice back in the day...
 
w00t! I'm back! And I started early too...This past semester I reached 214 and was like, shock :nopity:, I need to get back on WW...and I did, and lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks...

Sigh, with coming back home from school it doesn't really help all that much because my parents keep wanting me to cook for them...and I dunno the points for the stuff I make...I have gotten back down to 198...the other day I was 197 but my period started so more than likely when I'm done it'll be back down to that again...


Whew..but yes...I am trying to at least be back to 190 like the end of last summer...and who knows, maybe even lower than that cause I started earlier during the summer and will have more time...I just remember it slowing down around the low 190's...
 
OY, I just ate at a Italian place and it was riiiiich....
I felt bad after eating it and wanted to get it out of my system...
Staying at 198...:p that needs to change
and my thighs are sore...
 
Hey, I'm Anke. Great to see you back on the wagon! I'm also tall ass like you (5"8)... set my goal for 165 for a start... what are your plans and goals for the next few months?
 
nice to meet you! I'm 5' 10" or so...(it always ranges from 5 '9" to 5' 11" lol)
I'm barely counting my WW points at the moment...but I'm also trying to do some different exercise from the day before. I've mascoted, swam and played DDR for examples...
I'd like to get back to 160's...but last time I weighed that much I was in middle school...heh...and I was playing soccer and basketball every week for that...and of course I grew vertical and horizontal since then.
SO, for right now I'd like to at least get down to 190...then move on to 180...and we'll see from there...
 
Good stuff! Ye, switching up exercise always leaves me satisfied.... I enjoy the variety and don't get bored, therefore I keep exercising!
 
heh, yeah, lately I'm stuck at 198...but at least I haven't gone back up to 200's like before!
I'm about to go pay some DDR right now...
 
Well I find whenever you get stuck and you know you're doing the right things, just keep at it, coz it's making a difference whether you see it or not!
 
so I ended up getting down to 197 before my period....and then now I'm at a LAN in Louisiville so Ii haven't been able to keep up in the past few days...
 
I find that as long as I am trying to stick to my plan, I do not gain, so that's at least good right? Just try to maintain!
