i'm not obese according to my BMI ... overweight -there is a difference...
and I already said why I became obese -intelligence doesn't have a lot of bearing on weight - smart people and stupid people get overweight...
That is not entirely true. Statistically people with low IQs have the highest rates of obesity. Mississippi has a collective IQ of 85 and it has the highest rate of obesity. There are many studied that show that IQ and obesity are related.
my shoulders are chip free currently, but I'm developing one -I don't understand why you're having a hard time introducing yourself by presenting your credentials...
I presented my credentials. I am NOT a doctor and that is a plus. I was a body builder and I learned a lot about diet and nutrition. I am not fat. I learned how to control my weight. I have observed fat people for a very long time. I understand them and I know why they fail.
I've seen plenty of people on this forum lose weight - read around -you'll encounter many many that have 100 + losses... What is it that you do -- that's different from what our member community has done.
I know the real statistics. What is happening here is anecdotal. In the real world most people do not lose weight and keep it off. You seem to think that you have it figured out but you are still 60 pounds over weight and you as far as I know you have no way of knowing if you will lose all you need to lose and if you will keep it off. Odds are you won't. That is the grim reality of weight loss. Most people put it back on and then some. Why are you any different?
