Just wanting to say hi to all the users of this site. I just registered today with the goal of increasing my endurance, getting cut/shedding some body fat (stomach especially).
I'm 28, landscaper by trade, haven't worked out seriously in a couple years. Was deluding myself that the job would keep me in shape, not so. Factor in fast food and I've really been declining
