Yesterday's Calories: 1353 (A bit low)
I went to the gym and managed to burn 700 calories. The goal was 800 but I got there an hour late and had to get back home and help H pack for our trip. Even though I took three days off and ate like a pic for TG I still lost a pound. If TG hadn't happened, I would probably be down 3lbs. I've lost 4lbs in 3 1/2 weeks so I am now losing about a lb a week. FINALLY!!!!!
I think the synthroid finally kicked in because my hair is no longer falling out and is growing like crazy. It has grown over an inch in a month! People keep saying "Wow your hair is getting so long!" Also, the weight is budging. Yay!
This weekend will be hard on the calories because we will be on the road for so long. I packed snack packs for me along the way and will get fruit or salad for lunch and dinner. Fast food is pretty much the only option on these monthly trips. 13 hours is a long time in a car so we don't stop unless we have to.
