Thanks BB. I do love him very much, just as much as my daughter. I tell everybody I have two children when asked. He hugs me, holds my hand and tells me he loves me also even though his mother tells him he's not allowed to. He is my daughter's brother and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he has as good a life as Annabelle.
 
Yesterday's calories: 1410

I got an hour workout in at the gym last night and burned 600 + (kept burning during cool down) calories. Sweat was pouring down my cheek and dripping off my chin. I was smelling pretty ripe when I got home. :D I got 30 minutes on the ArcTrainer on the highest incline with the resistance on 50 and 30 minutes core weight training. I usually go for 30 minutes more on the bike or running but I REALLY missed my daughter last night and wanted to get home to play with her before bedtime. I got used to seeing her all the time the past few days. Today will be another low calorie day and I will try to get more cardio in tonight. I have a lunch meeting and brought my lunch so they wouldn't order me something with super high calories. They have a tendency to do that.
 
Hey girlie :). Is there any legal way to document what your son is telling you about the mother telling him horror stories about you and Sean? If she's badmouthing Sean, that is considered highly abusive and could be a "changing circumstance" that could be significant enough for you to gain custody. I wonder if its legal to tape him saying this sort of thing as proof since he wont feel comfortable telling a judge this about his mother. A lawyer would know. Have you looked up a lawyer on martindale.com? That gives a listing of lawyers.
 
You rocked it at the gym girl! :party: You're taking after Kim in the sweaty dept. hehe. Me, I try not to sweat b/c that's not cute, and I'm scared to death of breaking a nail on one of the machines. hahaah NOT. :D

We have him saying these things on camera but it is not admissible in court because it would be assumed that we coached him into saying it. The state of OH recognizes PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) as child abuse so we are trying to use that as a main point in our case. We will be hiring a new lawyer right after christmas AND an Guardian Ad Litem. He can tell a GAL this and it can be used in court. Our insurance also pays 100% for a child psychologist but it has to be ordered by the court. We can get the doctor to order it but she won't take him to see him/her. This is why I plan to go to law school in a couple of years. I have studied so much the past two years on family law that I could probably recite it to you. It's disgusting what some people get away with just because the system is flawed. Our last lawyer screwed us over so we are trying to find one that cares about my son, not their fucking payment. I just mailed a $1000 check this week to our last lawyer for our final payment.
 
Well you're a very bright woman Amy and I think you'd make a great lawyer. When are you going???!! That was one of my best decisions in life. Its often hard for a woman to get respect in the workplace, and stupidly the "esq" after your name sure gets you INSTANT respect from people in the business world (with a mixture of contempt at the same time as people tend to despise lawyers he he).

We will be moving to St. Louis in about two years (H didn't take the Coast Guard job) for my H's job. We were supposed to move next summer but he has been asked to set up the WIC (Weapons School) for this new airplane he flies. It is a HUGE opportunity for him so we have to stay here for now. I plan to go when we move to St. Louis. I really want to go now but it's just not the right time. Besides I have an awesome job I love so it's not too bad. I have led a blessed life when it comes to my career. I just hope it stays that way, especially in law school.
 
Yeah, it would be a lot of work with a small child. Much better to do it when AB is around 3 1/2. Just remember you've got to study for, and take, the LSAT in advance, and applications are usually submitted almost 1 year before you're to start.

Thanks for the tips. I didn't realize you had to submit applications so far in advance.

And it will be much easier then because Sean will not be flying as much and can care for Bella more. Right now I am burning the candle at both ends!
 
I thought I remembered the deadlines being around November of the prior year but maybe it was April? I dunno but just be sure to check out the schools in the St. Louis area well in advance.
 
Hey Sweetness! I hope your having a good day today!!! Did you get to the gym yesterday?? I know your excited about the weekend, I'm actually excited about too, and I don't know why??? LOL *** Kim sits gazing around the room*** Oh well, I'm sure it's something, OH YEAH I have a Christmas dinner to go to for my H work, I was supposed to go to a retirement party on Friday night for one of our closest friends, but not in the mood I won't know many people there, it's been done by her work people. She works for DHS, Department of Human Services. Instead, we are going to her house a week later for a lunch and exchange gifts, she and her H are like parents to us, LOL We have a lot of those. LOL Well, I have really go to leave it's getting late.

How ya doing turkey butt??? Having a slamming day today??? working it out at the gym and kicking ass as usually I'm hoping! It's almost the weekend, you must be getting excited by now. I wish I was going away for hte weekend, TAKE ME WITH YOU!~~~~~~~
 
Hey MLB! I got to the gym on Monday but didn't get to go last night as planned. I strained my back lifting some heavy file boxes yesterday at work so I spent the evening in a hot bath trying to relieve some of the pain. I feel a little better today, just sore. I will be going to the gym tonight, I'll just have to stay away from anything that requires alot of bending.

My calories have been great this week so I'm hoping to see a loss. **fingers crossed** I plan to burn at least 800 calories tonight since I will be unable to work out this weekend. That should take an hour and a half. I head to OH at noon tomorrow so I will be MIA all weekend. I'll just have to catch up on all the pervs when I get back on Monday!
 
Glad you relaxed in the tub rather than further straining your back. Good luck in OH :). I'm trying to muster the interest to go to the gym right now. Ooooh, its so hard to get myself over there, even though its right across the street from my job. You really push yourself hard and that's why I like your diary. Reminds me of what I should be doing..

Pulease huney, dont let the tiny pic fool you; all the bigger areas are covered up by the baby and the sweater. Of course my shins do look thin in those skinny jeans..he he.
