Whoa! I lost 3.6 pounds this week!!!! I only have to lose 4.2 pounds to reach my 30 lb mark by june 1st. I'm not sure what happened this week that was different then last but hey, I'll take it!

Been doing well. I'm excited for the end of May. At this point, I don't see how I WONT reach my 30 pound goal. I only need to lose 2.8 more pounds! My goal after hitting -30 pounds will be to weigh under 200 by June 21st.

nice to see your hard work is paying off and that goal is getting closer and closer. 30lbs is such an achievement..after that there's 40! and 50! there will be no stopping you!
Being under 200lbs is such a mind-thing - it feels like a real point where you stop, draw a line and say never again. never ever again.
Bleh I drank yesterday, and had around 2000 calories total for the day, including the alcohol. today i weighed 3.5 pounds more. I hope its just water weight. We'll find out in a few days I guess.
Probably water, unless you ate an extra 12,250 calories on top of your daily allowance then there is no possible way that number is correctJust keep your head up, tomorrow is a new day.
