I am going out for a pub lunch with my significant other today, but I am determined that I am going to opt for healthy options (baked potato instead of chips, with the meal etc!) so it doesn't set me back.Then I am off to the gym this afternoon to bust some more calories.

Nooo!! Dont give up lol. I really did start to think I wouldnt get there but I realise now I was just excusing myself.... put the work in and you get the results, and I am doing.
