Well... for the last few days I haven't overdone it and gained but I haven't really made any real effort to lose either.
I am finally moreorless over the cough and cold that has been bogging me down so excercise is back on the agenda and I feel ready for the next burst of effort lol. Watch this space!
I just weighed myself (out of interest) and am in a state of shock to find I've still lost over the last few days!
Am now at 169lbs... THRILLED about it! Am out of the 170s! Also am standing at 12stone 1lb... one measly lb less and I will have reached the stone-and-a-half-loss mark...
Besides which its the evening and I've got dinner inside me So it might even be a little less in reality.
Can't wait to get down the gym and see what I can get done over the next week this has given me a big kick-up-the-bum!
I really dont feel that I've earned those last few lbs though... I haven't put much effort in over the last week as I said!! I will make up for it now though.
Weighing in at 168lbs today... thats 12 stone, a stone and a half from where I started at 13.5. Very happy to have acheived that, and ready to get rid of the next 7lbs.
Gonna try and get round to catching up with people's diaries in the next couple days... I'm awful at finding time for it, sorry guys.
