Sprite's Progress Thread

At such a healthy weight? Of course u could!! It's just a matter of pacing yourself... today I burnt off 400 WALKING on the treadmill. It's time consuming, but easy progress. :)

I know I SHOULD be able to do it! I think you are right, time is key! I am getting back into the exercise groove this week - last week was way too busy. I am going to think about spending more time on my exercise, making more time shouldn't be too hard. Thanks Sprite :)
 
Help!!

I am feeling weak this evening! I fear I might fall off the wagon! :eek:

I am off down to the gym in the morning so that's ok, but I just dont want to overeat this evening... I'm full but still looking for food.

YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM, PLEASE!! :(
 
Lol well thankfully I managed to behave last night, after two rather too-large meals and a bit of snacking. Off to the gym this morning to burn some of those nasty calories and do some damage control. :D
 
Good for you for not stuffing your face when you wanted to eat eat eat when you were full - I make popcorn if I absolutly need a treat and If I have the need to eat non stop I do but i make it veggies and dip or fruit or whatever - from what Ive seen Im one of the few here that dont gain durnign time of month - I still eat non stop just eat healthy and not give in...Have It told you lately that I am proud of you :D:D:D
 
Aww thank you cinderelly... but dont be proud YET :D The majority of work is still to go!

I can't get to the gym today as I am literally BOGGED down with work... (I have no idea how I'm going to finish everything I need to do in time) but I will get down there tomorrow evening after work, and also have a good session on Friday as I have the day off. :)
 
Ihope you get through your work load ok and go relief that sttress at the gym tomorrow and I love having a day off and workign my ass off it has just been awhile but that is why I like gettin alot done on the weekend

wow look how far you've come since starting your journal. Remember? I'm with Mal. The most cals I've burned in a day is 454 and that was in two sessions!

It's been another ok food-day... I'm doing so much better on the food front. :)
 
550 cals burnt today... not very good for a day off but I'm not feeling the best, and hey, it's still better than nothing.

Yesterday was ok, food wise, and I'm gonna make sure today is too. :)
 
Of course anything is better than nothing that is totally my theory anyway...I love seeing you post regularly - it is good to have you back *HUGS*
 
Lol *hugs back* I never went anywhere! If I am really busy I sometimes forget to drop in and see what's happening, but I never go anywhere for long... I have no intention of giving up so you're stuck with me for now. ;)
 
Oh I know you never quite or nothign but you were rarely posting for awhile - I knwo how it goes IE busy and such but it is nice to see you posting like daily or whatever ya know
 
I don't think it was helped by the fact that I hit a plateau, got sick of not losing and lost my motivation somewhat... but hey I'm on the right road again now and losing. :D

Good for you for not giving up Sprite! With only 11 pounds to your goal, you're too close :)

Granted, there are definite times I step back from being overly committed. It's as though I NEED the break!

Glad to hear things are well on the food front :)
 
Yeh and I am pleased with how I'm doing the last few weeks, but this is actually only my "mini goal", to hopefully reach by Easter M2M :) I am hoping to get down to 140lbs ultimately and then see how I feel. :)
