At such a healthy weight? Of course u could!! It's just a matter of pacing yourself... today I burnt off 400 WALKING on the treadmill. It's time consuming, but easy progress.![]()
I know I SHOULD be able to do it! I think you are right, time is key! I am getting back into the exercise groove this week - last week was way too busy. I am going to think about spending more time on my exercise, making more time shouldn't be too hard. Thanks Sprite
