This is our new sweetie Chloe. She is a chocolate lab, only 6 months old and a whole bunch of fun!
Hey, you have a new running partner
BTW, congrats on the 1:43 on the half marathon. How many people were there? How did you place overall/in your age group?
I hope Chole will run with you. My dog, Clyde, is 5 y/o and this is the 1st year I tried to get him to run with me. When he's on the leash he refuses to run and I wind up literally draging him down the road! lol After 2 weeks I gave up on him and now I take him on walks and run by myself. The funny thing is, he loves to run. Last summer I was on a 4wheeler and he ran right beside me at 45mph!
I keep forgetting to post-at last I don't think I posted this... I got my lab results...
and nothing is wrong with me on paper-nothing except....
The mental testing may require me to be in a straight jacket for counseling.
Not sure if i really will.
Katie, your total cholesterol score is a function of three components; LDL (bad), HDL (good) and triglycerides (also bad).
Your score of 221 is a tad high, but your LDL score of 90 is very low! Most docs try to get their non-cardiac patients to have a LDL of less than 100 (less than 70 for cardiac patients like me) and most people are unable to achieve that without statins. You should be very pleased with your LDL. If the total score is high because you have a high HDL, that is also good news. Can you find out what the HDL and triglyceride numbers are? The HDL/LDL should be greater than .3.
I'm not surprised!

oh, and welcome to Iron training.
Katie,
What type of glutamine do you take? Do you notice water weight with it?
Thanks!![]()
