I gained weight from like SEpt.-to May-ish. However, my body measurements were less, too. So, I just tried to weigh myself less because even though I know the # on the scale doesn't matter...it drives me insane. Perhaps lay off the scale a little? Either way, just because you took a break from weights a little while ago doesn't mean that you'd be gaining fat by any stretch of the imagination. ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION!
It mad me lose 2.5 pounds...so that was some nice news
