breakfast: 2 scoop whey in water
gym: 7 mile at 7.0, decline push ups, bench press, pec machine
lunch: 1 serving oatmeal, 5 egg white, 1 egg
snack: 2 scoop whey, 1 c skim milk
dinner: out on a date, who knows
Well tonight I've been asked out on a date. I'm so nervous. what do I wear? what should I do with my hair? What kind of shoes should I wear? what about earings, yes? or no? what if he doesn't like me?

anyway, my husband and I are going on a bike ride along the river and that should be so nice. We'll ride a ways and have dinner somewhere and then come back. The path goes for 30 miles, we're bound to find something somewhere

I have been very unhungry today, I mentioned when I do hard stuff I don't get hungry and am full instantly during the day. its weird. its like my body is busy recovering-doesn't have time to digest food. haha. anyway, I've tried to stay on course today but I've only had 900 cals. no big deal.
