Breakfast
Pineapple, canned, 2 slice or ring (3" dia) with liquid
Regular Coffee, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
Splenda, 16 tsp
Slim Fast Chocolate Royale, 1 serving
Lunch
Weight Watchers Smarts Ones Chicken Santa Fe
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
Nabisco 100 cal Pk Peanut Butter Cookie Crisps, 1 serving
Dinner
Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 2 serving

Lunch- Lean Cuisine spinach mushroom pizza, apple, peanut butter
Snack- 100 cal pack Ritz, dulce de leche pudding s-f (60 cals), mini box raisins
Dinner- 93% lean 1/2 lb (2 hamburgers), 1 bun, 1 slice swiss cheese, carrots, ranch dressing
Dessert- banana pudding (the reduced-sugar one)
I haven't got back in the exercise groove yet. It seems hard enough catching up on the housework before the hubby comes home Friday. (God help me if the house is a mess!) I was thinking about buying something new- like resistance bands- anything to get me out of this slump and excited again. ::slumps shoulders:: There's so much to do!
