How to get the V body shape?

I was wondering what exercises are good for getting that V upper body shape since I've been working out but I haven't seen a noticeable improvement in my body shape. Thanks.
 
to see it i guess you have to be slim, so if you have too high body fat it could be hard. The muscles that form them are the back muscles, spechally the lats, pullups and rows will make your lats bigger and promote a V shape ;)
 
You need to work on the upper back along with the lower back to achieve that. Do bent-over rows, pullups, pullovers, deadlifts, and other back work. If you need help on how to do the exercises I listed go to . The muscles you want to mainly work to get the V shape are the Latissimus Dorsi & Teres Major muscles.
 
yeh and also working on ur lats, do lat pull downs as well and do what hippo said, focusing on deltioids and trapezoids
