i have had anough of calorie counting. i get the feeling that i am actually eating more than i did befoe i satrted counting. so from now on i am just going to eat sensibly, healthily and keep my portion sizes in control. eat when im physically hungry!
and i am going to make sure i am doing plenty of exercise. i reckon i can lose the weight this way. i think i am getting a bit too obsessed about calories and i really dont want to...
