thanks guys! so yday worked out okay afterall - instead of going out for a meal my friend had decided that it was such a nice day and we would eat out in the park. i had a wholemela turkey sandwich .. okay so i had half a chocolate cookie aswell (a large one) but i stopped at half!!
and in the eveing i had a salad bowl followed by a smoothie. so my calroie total was
IN:1447
OUT:2399
and today was alright but my friend made me soo much and i was absolutely stuffed. for breakfast i had two shredded wheats and then 3 pancakes. and then we had chicken salad rolls and crisps (only 145 cals so okay-ish) and then a banana. and then she took me to a coffee shop[ and bought me a blueberry muffin and something we have in england called a slush puppie - lolz
anyway this muffin has put me off muffins for life...i eat with my fingers tearing things aprt usually and i was about half way thru it and then i looked in side and there was a white ball. and i picked it out and it was like white-ish green ish jelly. and i smelt it to see if it was sugar or something and it smelt absolutely rank.i was like OHMYGODDDD
haha so i guess that helped me in two ways- 1. i only ate half that muffin and 2. i probably wont want a muffin for a very long time
then for tea i had prawn stirfry(mmmmm) and an apple and some dried cranberries.
