Cool, sounds good! I think you were not loosing much weight when you upped your calories, because you were burning fat, but at the same time building muscle. So, while your body composition changes, the scale does not as much. I think those things just need to be waited out, because with increased muscle mass you will start burning even more calories, and will continue to loose more fat. Also, maybe when you eat smaller amount of calories, your body breaks down not only fat for energy, but also muscle, so you tend to loose a little more but at the same time that helps metabolism to slow down due to lower muscle mass.... Just a theory...
I really think that at the point of fat loss where you are now, the weight itself is not a good indication of a progress or even where you need to be. I think you should measure inches and fat % for progress measurement, because you're building a lot of muscle, and muscle weighs more then fat.
