Skyler, I just have to say that the little number of the scale has absolutely no meaning!!! Think about it. It will vary greatly due to muscle vs. fat vs. water body composition. If you look great, you look great period, and it does not matter how much you weigh. The ONLY reason we use scales for measuring our success is because in most cases, especially when we are starting out, lbs fall off faster then inches do. In your case it is not necessarily so, because you're building muscle with all that exercise. Your inches will also go faster now because you don't have that much fat left to loose. So, I think that concentrating on toning and tracking your INCHES will be a much better plan for motivation rather then thinking about the scales or what you weigh. Because when you see a beautiful toned and fit body you don't think "hmmm, do they weigh below 130 or above 130?" You just know that the person looks great and that they are healthy, and that's all that counts!
