FH came home last night at 1.30am after a 15 day vacation skiing in Wyoming. It was so hard to be 'mad' at him for extending his trip as I was so excited/half asleep to see him. That cute smile just kills me!! :) Anyways, I couldnt get out of bed to hit the elliptical - missed that fellow for too long now!! I'll make up for it somewhere...

I THINK (and Paula if you are done making your easter baskets, maybe you can confirm) that if i do my 10,000 steps (and try for more) w/o cardio (runniing or elliptical, i can count that as my cardio for today?)...not sure about that one..

I think your right Sarah about counting that as your cardio!! You are doing AWESOME! :) And you deserve a day's break to reunite with the boy!! So happy to hear you had a nice reunion. They'll be plenty of time to scold him later! :D Enjoy!!
Keep up the good work!

Hi, girl, looks like you're doing really well. Thanks for picker-up this morning.

Skiing trip in Wyoming.. Sounds awesome. I'm sure there was much more snow there then here around east coast. :)

I'm also such a sucker for my DH smile... He'll just make that really cute face and my heart just melts away... Can't stay mad at him at all... :) And he knows it too and uses to his advantage! :)

Def. take some time to spend some time together. ;)

Hi, Skyler,
Don't worry about yesterday. Its really hard to fit it all in as it is, but even harder with appointments. I'm sure you'll do great today!

thanks NTL. figure every day cant be perfect!!! but damn, it can be frustrating (as we all know!). if only more hours in the day.......

hey angela! thanks. good to see you around again..gonna go check on your diary and see what's shaken (other than the folks all looking for you!)

hey skyler!

I agree on not enough time each day. Ive had my eye on a bike for sale up the road, and am mad that I cant afford the lousy 25 bucks to go get it. I thought, once I move closer to town, I could bike everywhere and save gas. There's a way I can add a little exercise to the routine! But will I do that? Will I really choose the bike when I know that I have a car with a quarter tank of gas? LOL, Like everything else, some days I would, sometimes not.:D

THE hardest part of this journey is the end of it..closing in on goal day. We've all heard it, and we all know it. Its frustrating to think back how that first ten, or twenty, or whatever pounds just melted off, and those last pounds are the ones that give us SUCH a hard time! Dont forget though, pounds lost NOW are more noticeable on you! I can attest to this because it happened before. I just have to be like you, be patient these last twenty pounds,
