no, i have been doing weight training for a while now. mostly free weights/exercise bands/exercise balls, then about 8 months ago, i expanded to pilates (reformer/cadillac & machines - twice a week) and 1 day of different free weight type training (as i dont belong to a gym on top of the pilates), so I get 3 days / week of strength training. i was not doing 'supersets' though so maybe it will change it up.

today has been flying by for me. in the process of eating a big salad with fat free dressing and tofu, sprouts, cucumbers, mushrooms..truly delicious
