212.5 this morning after a 216 last week and a start of 222.

That's 1.6% for the week and 4.3% so far total.

I had two cheat days (Wednesday, Thursday), so my weight is a bit higher than last week.

Weight of Saturday, October 26: 92.2 Kg / 203.2 lbs.
Weight of Saturday, November 02: 92.8 Kg / 204.6 lbs.
Weekly change: 0.69% gained.
Total loss: 5.19% lost.

Edit: I forgot; Good luck everybody! :)

Okay this is getting ridiculos. I weighed in the same AGAIN! That's at least 3 week in a ow and I counted calories and didn't slip up. Oh well I'll keep at it and I HAVE to have a big drop coming this week. Sorry for my tardiness. I got a doe (female deer) opening morning so venison will be butchered on Tuesday after it has seasoned on ice for a few days.

I saw two very healthy coyotes and a fox this morning, but no deer. I will go once more in the morning and if I get a buck I will likely be done for the season as it is quite the chore to clean and process them at home.

I will get the chart updated. Nice work everyone! Cate, you're on. MrVee, care to join?

Okay so Br!na has tied AthalaRanger for 1st this week. MrVee is in second and Belinda holds on to 3rd despite missing weigh-in number two. Kal-el has missed enough that I am pretty sure he's out, yet he's still beating me. :(

I'll likely cut Kal-el and Belinda if they don't show by next Saturday.

I thought this was interesting, so I hope you don't mind me reposting it here. :)

I just saw a note about this on the news, and I thought it was interesting.

A Norwegian university made a calculator that supposedly gives you an estimate of your "fitness age", as opposed to your "real" or chronological age.

Probably won't tell me anything I don't know about my fitness condition (*Cough* Horrible! *Cough*), but I do find it to be at least interesting.

Anyways, you only need a measuring tape and your RHR (Resting heart rate), which you can measure with a bit of patience.

And to encourage you to try it, Here are my results (Which, by the way, are awful. and that's putting it nicely); :)

Well, as you may see, I represent a 48 years old person... Which is just ridiculous. (And bad, really, really bad.!)

Here is the link to the Calculator;

For measuring your RHR, you can use a free tool such as Online Stopwatch;

I ate late last night and weighed in early this morning so this morning's weigh in was up from last week at 198.4lb. :(

SW=144.5
PWW=140.5
CW=140.5
This Week % Change= 0%
Total % Loss: (SW-CW)/SW = 2.8%

(Goal was 129 (or 139) for this week, either way a fail)

No change, still better than a gain. And TOM so that sucks.

A new low today... 90.7 Kg, OR 199.9 lbs... :)

Weight of Saturday, November 02: 92.8 Kg / 204.6 lbs.
Weight of Saturday, November 09: 90.7 Kg / 199.9 lbs.
Weekly change: 2.3% lost.

Have a fruitful week everybody! :grouphug:

Today's weigh in was 187.2. That's exactly 2lbs down from last week. A 1.1% loss for the week. And 6.2% loss overall so far! :)

Nice drop Athala!!! Congrats!! :)

Good luck everyone!! You are all doing an amazing job!!

My weigh in today was 280.4 lbs. That's a 1.8 lbs (0.64%) loss for last week, and a 9 lbs (3.11%) loss from the beginning of the challenge.

212.5 this week. Since it was 212.5 last week, the only number Quercus has to change is the weekly loss percentage = 0.00000%

Hi everyone. Thanks to those of you that updated. I am having connection problems with the internet and I don't think I'll be able to get the edit done on the table today unless it improves. i had to copy/paste this comment to get it to load because I'm connected and then it will be unresponsive for a while and connect again. Coupling getting back on a corticosteroid and an evening of absoulute debauchery and I am up to 333.2 which is several pounds heavier thn my starting weight.

Everyone else is either making great loses or holding steady. I'm proud of you all and appreciate you joining the challenge. I hope my laziness isn't discouraging. I'll update as soon as possible. I promise to stick it out for you until the end despite my failure. Thanks for being patient.
