316.4 this morning.
 
I've fallen off the wagon a little, as I haven't done any exercise in a while now. The other week, I also 'extended' my cheat day to both Saturday and Sunday, which doesn't help at all.

My weight when I woke up* today was 92.2 Kg.

*I didn't say 'My weight this morning...', as my sleep schedule is completely messed up, so I'm basically sleeping at day and awake all night.

Weight of Saturday, October 19: 93.2 Kg / 205.4 lbs.
Weight of Saturday, October 26: 92.2 Kg / 203.2 lbs.
Weekly change: 1.07% lost.
Total loss: 5.84% lost.

My weigh in this morning was 191.6. Which is a 1.24% loss for the week and a 4.01% loss for the challenge so far! :) I'm pretty happy with that! Considering I was sick this past week and only went to the gym twice.

Didn't weigh in yesterday, had to get up early to go run a race (which was big fun by the way).
So weighed in this morning and the dreaded gain showed up on the scale 199.6. Damn almost half what I lost since the start of the challenge gained.
Will send me tumbling down the "leaderboard".
Oh well, wake up call I guess, have to get busy to get it down again.

Nice loss Athala, you ar still in the lead. Br!na you really made up for last week's blip nicely done. Guideon i would guess you have a lot of fluid retention the morning after a race. i bet you will lose a lot this week.

Quite a few no shows still. I have noted there absence with a "0" in the % week change as opposed to the "0.0" that would mean no change. I'l update if others will post. Have a great week!
 
216 yesterday. Sorry I didn't post yesterday but I was trying to fight back against a Friday night that left me not feeling so well.

So that's 216 pounds, 0.5% for the week and 2.7% for the challenge so far.
 
Not good- 86.5kg or 190.6999lbs :( Thank you Q for organising this challenge. I wasn't really thinking clearly joining it, when I was going to be away for half of it! I appreciate your effort xo Cate
 
The board has been updated with V and Cate's info. Nice work Mr Vee! Stick with it Cate, I'm going to make this week my week and you should too. Next weekend marks the beginning of hunting season for me so the updates may be a bit sporadic from me, but I will get it done. I'll go pester Belinda and Kal-el and see if I can get everyone updated.
 
I hope you all avoid the Halloween treats and tricks today. Anyone here not celebrate Halloween today? I know Russia has a Halloween like holiday that happens in June. Just curious.

I will do my best to update tomorrow, but it will be later than usual as hunting season starts for me and I won't be around a computer as much then. I hope everyone has a great weigh-in. I know many of you are doing rather well this week. I'm hoping to make some progress myself.
 
there's not a big celebration here in the Netherlands, some ppl do "celebrate" by dressing up a bit, but no trick or treat tradition here.
 
So the UK celebrates with the sovereign nation of San abstaining and Nederlanders don't mind a little dress up, but they don't make efforts for candy. I assume the lack of trick or treating is linked to your country's tendency to favor licorice. ;)

I saw a few kids dressed up on my drive home. We really got into the Halloween spirit by watching some old episodes of Friends while I read about chess and my wife did some woodblock carving.

There is leftover cake in the breakroom from a 10 year work anniversary celebration yesterday and there is another one coming this afternoon for a baby shower. I have avoided it so far.
 
No Halloween here. There are some who "celebrate" it, but I don't think it will ever become a big thing in Australia.
Weight today 84.5kg. I gained 1.5kg in the 2 weeks away & lost 2kg in 5 days this week. Cheers, Cate
PS- OK-Let's see who can stay on the wagon the longest Q! :eek: Can we do it?
 
Weigh in today was 282.2 lbs. That's a 1.4 lbs (0.49%) loss from last week, and a 7.2 lbs (2.49%) loss since the beginning.

Weirdly enough, I am losing more in the weeks that I don't exercise and eat takeaways than I do in the weeks where I exercise and count calories. What gives?
 
This morning’s weigh in was 198 even.

I’m probably making this too complicated, but I wanted to see these stats. :)

My starting weight was 204.6lb. I’m now at 198lb. This is 6.6lb loss or a 3.23% loss.

Last week’s weight was 201.2lb so my 198lb for today makes this a 3.2lb loss or a 1.59% loss.

My lowest weight since starting the challenge was 200.2lb. So my 198lb for today makes this a 2.2lb loss or a 1.1% loss.
 
199,0 lbs today, small loss compared to last week.
Next two weeks I won't be able to do a weigh in, I'll be on a tropical island trying to keep my weight down :)
I'll report back in 2 weeks time, keep up the good work everyone!
 
189.2 this morning! That's a 1.25% loss for the week!! And a 5.21% for this challenge so far! :)
