Probably won't tell me anything I don't know about my fitness condition (*Cough* Horrible! *Cough*), but I do find it to be at least interesting.
Anyways, you only need a measuring tape and your RHR (Resting heart rate), which you can measure with a bit of patience.
And to encourage you to try it, Here are my results (Which, by the way, are awful. and that's putting it nicely);

Well, as you may see, I represent a 48 years old person... Which is just ridiculous. (And bad, really, really bad.!)
