eek - the thought of a camera! i have extra motivation as some friends might be coming out here from poland for christmas. i haven't seen them since i left nearly 2 years and 15 kilos ago :eek: i definitely don't want them to see me this chubby. we are also invited to spend a week at the beach in late january, so swimwear !!

Monday

scales = 73.9kgs. it keeps going up. i must be eating too much and not exercising enough - but looking back at my diary my calories are good and i exercise daily. hmm, i think i'll give it another week as i am and if i'm still going up some drastic measures may need to be taken!

b: porridge with skim milk

s: sml slice of pavlova - one of those work things its a bit too hard to get out of. well, i figure if i miss my usual snack its 130 cals i can have. it was really small so hopefully it will fit into my daily allowance.

40 min walk around parly house - the spring blossoms and the daphne are out and all pink and pretty

l: sml tin tuna with lettuce, chickpeas, fresh coriander and about 1 tbspn of toasted almond flakes. one baked fruit bar

s: 2 ryvitas with tomato and lo fat cheese

d: chicken breast left over from last night with lots of veggies: peas, beans, carrot, broccoli, cauli and a tablespn of tomato based sauce (made with tomatoes, onion and garlic)

s: baked fruit bar

3 ltrs water
 
Tuesday - wow, August is nearly over, spring in just a couple of days!

b: 2 slices of soylin toast with 1 tspn butter and vegemite

s: one baked fruit bar - apple and cinnamon, so yum

usual 40 minute walk

l: sml tin tuna, lettuce, chickpeas, tbspn toasted pine nuts, fresh coriander. another fruit bar

i'm feeling really dizzy and crappy today, like i have low blood sugar so i keep eating but its not helping. i think my my medication needs fixing. not sure if i should stay at work..

s: so i did leave work just after i wrote the last thing, bit worried about these dizzy spells. so i picked up some medicine from my doc and went to chemist to fill it, i thought i had no money but my son found some in my wallet - hooray! i had enough to finally get my drugs and to buy some bread etc. i ended up also buying a bag of jersey caramels and i ate them all. its pretty bad but i'm not overly stressing, sugar is the only thing that helps when i'm having one of these dizzy things.

d: one slice soylin bread with a sml tin baked beans and 2 scrambled eggs

s: 2 baked fruit bars (bad munchies)

Im the same with iron, i get lazy and dont take my suppliments and then feel like crap and all dizzy, Then i end up eating crap foods or tons of meat :)

I heard that girlfriend! Being fit and gorgeous for xmas would be the best present we could ever ask for, and only we can make that happen. Let's do it!

d: stir fry veggies with hokkien noodles

s: one kids' roll up bar

phew. well its hard being honest when you've been so bad. still, i know i must remain accountable or i'll fall so far off i won't get back on again. i'm at home sick and so i'm a bit tragic and feeling like comfort ie food. thank goodness i have no chips or chocolate in the house!
 
Thursday

still at home, got the dizzies, its bizarre

b: weeties with skim milk

pilates - thought since i'm too wonky to go out for a walk and certainly not the gym, i'd do my recently re-found under a pile of junk pilates dvd. the walking and pump i've been doing seems to have helped, i could do the workout relatively well.

l: 2 scrambled eggs + ratatouille

s: slice plastic lo fat cheese

d: 1 chicken breast (this premade thing in a box, 188 cals per serve - son refused to eat it) and a bunch of veggies - cauli, broccoli, peas, carrot, beans

s: 2 little rice bar things - very crappy quality but about 80 cals each

its friday and i'm still home. i have a vitamin b12 deficiency and it bowls me over sometimes. looks like i'll be needing monthly injections (instead of once every 2-3 months) from now on. i probably don't get enough iron either!

better get some iron pills :)

rosered - its good to see you again :) doc gives me injections every couple of months. i notice i still often have symptoms like pins and needles often etc. might be something else - i shall investigate!

pilates - hurt more today! i should probably only do it every other day because my abs hurt a bit. hey! i have abs!

s: one caramello koala and one lindt ball

d: ratatouille (all gone), 2 scrambled eggs and 2 tbspns of ww cottage cheese, 1 nestle diet trifle (65 cals!)

s: watched a movie (the brothers grimm) with the kids - we had mini bags of microwave popcorn and little rice treat things. probably about 250 cals i didn't need, erk

pretty bad food day today..but full confessions what its all about so...

s: python snake lolly (at the footy, son's gala three matches, last game of the season - he scored another goal :D)

l: sausage roll with sauce (still at the footy)

s: handfull of lollies plus a toffee, 2 biscuits, 2 shortbreads - at my friends kids' school fete and at her place after

d: steak served with rocket, capsicum, cherry tomatoes and asparagus - all undressed and beautiful - 1 tspn aioli. 2 glasses red wine (at a friends place, luckily they always make lovely food and no dessert ! )

jogged down to the park with my son and had a kick of the footy. it was fun but raining a bit, which soon became a storm (the skies refuse to see me exercise!). we jogged home but i didn't last too long - i couldn't breathe! crap, i'm so out of shape :/ son was happy we went out anyway :)

l: chilli made with : onion, kidney beans, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, chilli, salt and pepper. small grating of parmesan cheese over the top. nestle's diet trifle pudding (so tasty and only 65 calories!)

bodzpump at the gzm, vince was wearing a grez outfit todaz, he looked gorgeous !

d my keyboard has gone french for some reason (y where the z should be, etc) how weird! oh well. dinner was a sml serve of spinach pie, some peas and carrots.

s: nestles diet creme caramel

haven't weighed myself for a few days. the last time i did it said 74.9 and i was so disheartened! i'm going to take my measurements tonight and use that instead. well, i'll still weigh and i'll record my weigh-ins on fridays i think.

back to work today (ew i dreamt about work last night!)

50 minute walk - another gorgeous day

l: almost forgot to organise lunch this morning. was just about to leave when i remembered, so i quickly put some chilli from last night in a container, and grabbed the lovely ww cottage cheese from the fridge. topped it off with a tspn of black caviar. one pineapple fruche (400)

s: k-time twist (127)

d: brown rice with onion, garlic, peas with a little bit of chicken breast with portugese spices, some toasted almonds and shallots on top (maybe 300)
