well, here i am again having not posted my diary over the weekend and a bit. another overly long post is called for!
friday
b: porridge with skim milk
l: left over roast sweet potato and carrot, chickpeas
d: sigh. went to a quiz night with some friends - they had ordered pizza for our dinner, so i had two small pieces, then at the night there were chocolate buttons, lollies and chips. i had a handful or so of each plus one glass of wine (lucky i'm so cheap)

saturday
stayed at friends house so
b: two slices toast with butter and vegemite, one orange
l: for the life of me can't remember!
d: out again to a pot luck dinner (reunion with friends from bonn, was cool). dinner wasn't served for ages so we had cheese and crackers and pate - i must have had about 6 crackers worth, then some green curry chicken, beef curry, ratatouille (yes, i took that ) and basmati rice. at least i kept the portions small. then a piece of apple pie with cream on the top and a chocolate square thing. 3 glasses wine. oh dear!

sunday
i can't believe this but i forgot to eat for most of the day! i just had a sml square of granola bar (daughter made it from my recipe, but its pretty burnt :/ - still, at least she tried
i made son, daugher and daughter's bf pancakes today, then gave him a lift home, took son to a friends place where i stayed and listened to music (his friends dad has an awesome blues collection) and here i am. i guess i'll have to think about dinner.
d: had some left over spinach pie (tiny bit, most went to daughter) and roasted some sweet potato and carrot and garlic. had a piece of granola bar - turns out she thought the temp was 325 celcius, she didn't realise it was fahrenheit - aw
