30 pounds to go? You can definitely have that gone by Christmas! You are doing great!

This may sound weird but I'm very afraid of putting myself in one of the challenges. If I put too much pressure on myself I might fail. I just kind of want to take my time and do my 1 to 2 pounds a week. Because then it won't creep back on.
Every time I've lost weight fast it came right back. But this time it has stayed off so I feel like for me it's just a better choice to go at a snail's pace. I've got columns in my spreadsheet that show each day where I will be through the end of the year if I lose 1, 1.4 or 2 pounds a week. And I'm happy with the results of any of those options through the end of the year.
Plus I'm already trying to put myself in maintenance mode, in that this is going to have to be my lifestyle for the rest of my life.
