Time to get back in check
Well today was my excess day. I went over my total allotment of calories by a bunch and you know what, I'm not even worried about it. I'm on vacation and I gave myself this leave from my diet so I'm ok with how I've eaten up until this point. Tomorrow is the day I get back on the hardcore exercise wagon and really whip myself back into shape. I'm thinking of going for a quick jog early in the morning. Then doing a bit of my workout video and finally jumping some rope. That should be enough to shake my body out of the little vacation I had given it.
My weight loss seems to be progressing quite nicely. I weighed in early this morning just to make sure that I hadn't gained back some of the weight I'd lost with all the indulging in beer that I've been doing lately. Strangely enough, I came in at 180lbs and after getting back from a music concert tonight, I jumped on the scale again, and with all of my clothes on and my shoes, I came in at 185lbs. I'm not sure what to think. Is it possible to have lost 5lbs in 2 days?? I know that for the past 2 days I had been undereating a lot, but 5lbs...now that's just crazy. Let me not dwell on it too much, and just focus on attaining my current mini goal which is to be at 180lbs by the end of March.
