....WOW!!!...So 4 vacations huh?!?! That's SWEET!!!! :iagree: I hear ya on not being able to take more vacations this summer due to funds $$!...You were working it!!!....."must be nice huh!?!? Must be nice!..;)!!! hahaha...just kidding!...California is NICE though isn't it!!?!? Pasadena is the SHIZO too!!! :coolgleamA: Glad you liked it!!!

...I'm doing good actually!!!..Summary: Been running like a MOFO...doing a training run this Sunday for 18 miles. Gained back up to 158 cause I cheated like crazy camping! ptttrrr...and I feel Great about LIFE regardless...I'm juicing a lot now these days...and I'm realizing that life is what we think about and make it!...Learning to LET IT ALL GO & RIDE THE WAVE!!!...other than that!!!.....Working, Doing Case Studies, Running, Cycling, and Gym. Started strength training this morning too!!!...DOING IT!!! ...hopefully!.:rant: Glad you are back!

Thought Id check in, had a little leg injury back in september, just a strain I guess, doc didnt give me an MRI or anything, just did some blood work to make sure it wasnt an underlying condition, since of all odd things i hurt it while playing tag. i was a sissy with it for till november until i stopped babying it, and started training it slowly, now im nearly 100 percent.

current weight 178 lbs

Monday weight 178.... not bad fro a monday weight. I typically stay pretty low cal low carb during the week, and not restrict too much on night meals on sat and sun.
 
Hah! I'm telling you man, it is just next to impossible to lose weight over the holidays. No worries. ALL of us will have a great January!
 
184.6 - my scale does weird things when i eat a lot :)

Leg day today, my leg is feeling great! im still taking it slow and not getting ahead of myself. I hit 145 on squats for 3 sets of 10 today. not bad considering i couldnt do bodyweight a two months ago :)

Got some new gear for home.

Iron gym pull up bar - love this thing! its nice to have different grip combinations over a standard bar.

Trap bar - this thing is awesome! I used it for shrugs last night. much more convenient than using dumbbells

eating was pretty good, two beer and two shots not so much... but the dehydrating effects are the scale are cool :)
