Hey RJAZ! Just had a little question about experiencing soreness from workouts. I noticed you said that a week or two ago (I think?) your glutes started complaining from your squats, so you used some ibuprofen to help hold you over.
I just had a similar problem a couple days ago...got a mildly sore lower back from doing some ab workouts, and I've never had this happen to me before. I was considering pain-killers, but I haven't used any yet. The soreness is a lot less than before, but I think it's still there.
I was wondering if you still kept doing your normal strength-training routine despite the pain you had. I never miss an ab workout on Saturdays so I still went ahead and did it...a little uncomfortable in the lower-back but not extremely painful at all...I didn't make things worse did I?
And how long was it until your soreness went away?
