Well Rho, I don't blame you for wanting to lose your boobs at all! I was always a small B before I gained my weight, so when I did gain weight and became a C I was like WOO! Cause a C I think is an awesome size, so that's why I don't want to lose too much. Lukewarm, I can understand the whole small B thing, like I mentioned above, I've never been massive though so I don't know what that's like. I never wanted to be massive either, I just want a good size and I think a C is a good size. When both of you lose the weight, you'll be around there and you'll be so happy. I had a friend who was at least a G and she had to have a reduction because it was painful for her back (she wasn't an overweight girl, just VERY top heavy.. poor her) so I've seen what she's been through and I'm glad my boobs never got that big.
Hey Lukewarm, why don't you like smoothies? I find it hard to imagine someone not liking them! You can make so many different kinds, different thicknesses and all that. I like mine really thick like a milkshake! The one with the mango's, strawberries and protein shake (with water) it was thick like that, which was awesome! That's one reason I like using frozen fruit, the smoothie is awesomely cold and it keeps it's thickness. However, if you don't like thick you can add more water, juice, anything! There's so much you can do!
Speaking of Beatrix Kiddo, I so bought Kill Bill 1 and 2 just recently. I've been meaning to buy it forever and finally got around to it. I just LOVE it. I love anything with martial arts or anime, and this had both! At least the first one had some anime, lol. But yeah, once I get more in shape I think I'll join up for Kung Fu at the place I'm doing my UBC program at now. I used to take Kung Fu when I was a kid, and I loved it so I would love to get back into it and learn stuff! YEAH!
OH!! And during my upper body workout today, we were doing our chest first and as I was doing the exercise I was thinking to myself, man, this seems harder today! I must have no energy or something. At the end of each muscle group we write down the resistance we used, how many reps we did, and how hard we tried at them and when I looked in the book ... I realized I grabbed the wrong band! I grabbed the red instead of the green (green is easier)... no wonder it was harder!!!! BUT I did it, and so I'll be sticking to red for the chest ones from now on!
