I can't find your pics but its late and I have to go to bed. I'll try again, but I saw your measurements and your weight is 167, that is incredible. I give you credit too for working that hard on your exercise. It is killer breathing that hard.

Thanks everyone!! You guys just make me feel so awesome :D

Oh and Happychubette, the pictures are on page 5 and 6 I believe (I have 2 diff posts, one has me in my fat jeans before and now, and the other is me at christmas where you can see my upper body, and then one wearing reg clothes now).

But yeah, the measurements do a really good job like a picture to show you how much you've done. Without them both, I would feel like I haven't come that far just because I still have the same rolls are before, they're just smaller. I can't wait until I have the toned legs, back and arms along with the flat tummy!

Thanks for all your help and support so far. It's very sweet of you.

I was just looking at your measurements and wow - you've done yourself very proud. I bit the bullet and decided to measure myself like you said. I can't wait to see the improvements. Do you miss the boobies? I don't think I will, but I get people asking me that all the time. What size were you when you first started (boob size, I mean)? And what size would you (ideally) like to be when you're at you've lost the remaining 32lbs?

Keep up the good work, and don't worry - by the time you've lost 10 more pounds, you'll see a difference in your thighs, I'm sure :)

Oh, and the new avatar....I like..

Rho - that's one thing I didn't want to lose were my boobs. I think it's ok for now, but I don't want them getting any smaller! About what size I wanna be when I'm done, I don't know. I've never been anything smaller than a size 11/12 so I definately want to be at least an 8. But my sister's are all my height and they vary in size but they're no bigger than a 6. So it would be nice to be their sizes if that's possible. I mean if they can be it, why can't I! lol I hope my thighs will lose some more (along with the rest of me) soon! I want to get down another size of clothing soon.

I must say that I have been trying to get more protein into me because they say you should have some with every meal, and that's hard to do. So I decided to try cottage cheese again (hated it as a child). So I ate it both yesterday and today (tried it with 2 diff fruits) and it's absolutely disgusting! All I know now is that I won't be getting protein from cottage cheese... just nasty!

On another note, my UBC program (CK and resistance) is going well. I can kinda punch now. My left hand I still have to be very careful cause it hurts a lot and I don't wanna rip the scab and make it worse. But at least I can punch a bit, makes me feel like I'm getting a better workout. I can't wait until I can punch full force though!

Lol cottage cheese that is hard to eat I used to in highschool put it ontop the school pizza I think ewww now lol.
Do you like chicken or turkey they are high in protien I baked a
whole bag of chciken breats and I am going to replace a snack with

i been out of the loop for a while and been catching up... skinned knuckles huh?! yeah i know how much that sucks. that happened to me a coupla weeks ago. shoulda learned from my mistake!

Learn to wrap your hands (its not hard i learned form the net) and im sure your instructor can help too. in fact im suprised he didnt go over the annoyances of having gloves too big, and not wrapping your knuckles.
 
I usually have some feta cheese on top of salads and things to get some protein in. I love it. We had an organic variety last week, and it was sooo yummy, but my partner says it was too expensive, and we won't be having it again. I've also been having a protein shake every day because my overall protein levels were really low when I first changed my diet. I seem to be managing to get more protein in from food sources now, so I plan to start halving the size of the protein shakes soon, and when I finish the powder I've got I'll probably stop them altogether. Keep trying until you find something you like to get the protein up. There's no fun in forcing yourself to eat something you hate.

Try low fat sugar replaced yogurt for protein, or even any milk product (ie cereal with milk etc)
Eggs are another one thats pretty high.
 
Hmmnn, I think I want my boobs smaller...ain't that the way with big-boobied women.. Funny story - there was this woman that thought her breasts were too big, so she had a breast reduction. But then she got bored of the flat chested look, and decided to have breast implants, which looked nasty on her...

Is a Canadian size 12 the same as a British size 12? I ask because size 6 women are usually considered underweight here..

I'm doing a search on proteins, but I shouldn't think it's too difficult to have them in your diet...Nuts and fish are good sources of protein, in addition to lean meats and most dairy products (milk, yoghurt, cheese, eggs)..

Your skinned hands reminded me of Beatrix Kiddo in Kill Bill - go get 'em girl!
 
Oh my gosh!! :eek: I went back and looked at your picture from christmas and im sure i dont remember that u looked like that! I should look at my picture from that night I think I am in some seriouse denial about my weight becuase i was like twice as big as you! Man u look great now, I hope I can stick that same candle in my pants soon lol :p You should try protein shakes instead of eating yucky cheese *eeeww* lol. OH ya and on the boob thing , when someone looses alot of weight do their boobs shrink smaller than what they were when you were at a healthy weight? Because I cannot afford to loose that much of my boobies lol :D
 
Ok, so I've officially given up on cottage cheese. Alibran, I agree that it's not good to force yourself to eat something just for the benefits of it. I just have a hard time with trying to get the protein in snacks. I know lean meats are good for protein but mine are frozen and I never think of it in time (or plan ahead) for me to actually prepare it. However I did buy more protein powder so I will be having that as one of my work snacks. I actually had 2 today, one as part of my lunch and one for a snack.

Rho I dunno if the sizes are the same between here and there but I know my sisters are within the healthy weight range for their height and they don't look underweight whatsoever. So I think it all depends on each individual. About the boobs thing, I'm sure losing some won't hurt, but you don't wanna lose too much! Do you? Oh and Christina, I wouldn't worry about losing the boobs. I put off losing weight for that reason and just got bigger. The most important thing is to be healthy and fit so focus on that and not the boobs! You're health is way more important than that!

RJ, I knew about your skinned knuckles, but my gloves are a small! So they didn't seem big, however, my hands still seemed to move in them while punching. I have wraps I'm wearing now and until my knuckles heal, but I can't wear both, there's not enough room, so I dunno.

About my pictures, I honestly never thought I was that big, but then again I never looked in the mirror cause I hated what I saw. But you eventually do see and I still don't remember being that huge, no one does! I'm just glad I don't look like that anymore. Oh and wishes, the candle was not in my panties, you naughty thing you!

On exercise - my CK class was killer today. I got an awesome workout, I swear I was so tired halfway through I totally could have taken a nap! But, ya just have to keep going. Man did I ever sweat today. However, I am NOT fit enough (yet) to boxer skip the entire time :p
